Poor order processing system!
Order status was never updated the whole time, my order always said 'Awaiting Fulfilment ' even long after it was actually delivered, creating unnecessary anxiety about my order (they did eventually update it!).
Order took weeks to be delivered even though it was supposedly in stock. I contacted their support who told me they would ask the warehouse about it and get back to me but they never did!!!
When it actually arrived it was a slight upgrade, but not the actual model I had ordered - I had a particular reason for ordering the more basic model! It worked okay in spite of that, so I didn't bother returning it and just used this one.
The item was a bit cheaper here than other companies, so awarding 3 stars, otherwise I'm not sure I would order from them again unless they overhaul their order processing and reporting system which just looks primitive.
