Very disappointed with my experience dealing with Approved Hydraulics Limited.
I was dealing directly with Alfie throughout my orders. Initially, communication was quick and helpful. However, once an issue arose and I returned the two motors, communication completely stopped.
The items were delivered back to them on the 11th (with proof of delivery), and since then I have sent four follow-up emails requesting confirmation and a refund — none of which have been answered.
I had to arrange and pay for return shipping myself due to the lack of response, which should not have been necessary. I’ve now had to escalate the matter through PayPal in order to recover my money.
It’s frustrating because I placed multiple orders with them in good faith, but once a problem occurred, support disappeared.
If this issue is resolved promptly and the refund is processed, I am more than happy to update or remove this review. However, until then, I feel it’s important to share my experience.
