Delivered the wrong size and did not respond to my email about returns

when i ordered these sanoplant tablets i had reservations as to whether they would be any good,i neednt have worried ,i put 2 tablets into my tank a week ago and the difference is already visible my plants have had a new leese of life

Very expensive postage and slow delivery. Had I not had back up filtration unit fish would have died!

Algarde airline hose. As window cleaners we use Algarde as the hose that feeds the window cleaning brush, Aquatics online is the only supplier we can find. If you can supply more I will post your email address on window cleaning forums so others can get supplies from you. There is no substitute for Algarde silicon hose, other makes are too thin in the wall. Kind regards Dave

8 days passed before I received my goods and that was only after I phoned your company to find out where my order was A n assistant told me it had been sent out that day so I could not blame the post .For an English company to take that long to send two small diaphramsto an English address I think is bad .My fish were not to happy because they were starved of air for longer than need be.

I orderd the parts for my Eheim 2213 filter unit and the correct parts arrived in 3days ,also at good price.Well pleased

i can reccomend this company to others, due to many reasons, the company has friendy advisers, even if you are not purchasing at the time, the prices are extremely competitive, a next day delivery service is very helpful when you are in desperate need. They always contact you back, if they need to without the delay, like other companies do.Most of all I feel that they are certainly not old grouchers you can usually find at the end of the phone.They are very friendly and I KNOW I CAN BUY WITH CONFIDENCE.

My tank's pump suddenly shattered, the impellor itself fell apart. With a well stocked and planted tank speed availabibilty of spares and speed of delivery was quite important. I did not want the system to get damaged.
Aquatics Online was the answer. All spares I could need and super service.

I would recommend this web site to anyone. This is the place where you will find hard to get stuff for your aquarium needs. My order was received promptly and in excellent condition.

This company may be a pound or so cheaper than others but if you need your goods within a couple of days, don't bother. I placed my order on Monday morning and also paid £4-99 postage and packing. Although the goods were in stock they couldn't be bothered to send my goods out until Thursday afternoon and when they did the four items I ordered were stuffed into one Jiffy bag and the postage was £2-65. Won't be using them again.
