Kupila sam haljinu koja je dosla prljava na vise mjesta,jedna strana etikete potrgana,rukavi od haljine unutra doslovno kako ju je netko isprobavao tako je strpana u vrecu i poslana dalje,kvaliteta materijala prelosa,pise viskoza ali to nema veze s tim materijalom…vrlo razocarana,vracen mi je novac za haljinu ali ne i 15 eura za povrat koji su rekli oni platiti s obzirom na stanje u kakvom je dosla haljina.Na mail vise ne odgovaraju.

Was so worried after reading all the bad reviews, but I think it’s only fair for me to share my own experience. Bought a jumper, my usual size. Took almost 12 days to arrive. Arrive it did but it was absolutely huge so I ordered a smaller size and then returned this one. Second one arrived also too big. So ended up returning this one too.
cons: quality is not exactly designer but it’s mid to high. Shipping can be slow. They take a refund fee (he shipping)
pros: super prompt customer service. They replied within 24 hours. and yes I got my refund.

I bought a dress and as the fit was not good, returned it. Never got my money back and customer service stopped responding. Beaware!

I bought a dress from Arakii for 1,700 DKK. I am 19 years old, a high school student, and don’t have a lot of money, so when the dress wasn’t right for me, I returned it as their return policy allows. I received a message confirming that the package had been received, but I never got any confirmation from the company that they were processing my refund.

I have now contacted their customer service six times without getting a response. As a result, I am left without both the dress and my money. This is unacceptable – I strongly warn others against shopping at Arakii. They ignore their customers and do not uphold their obligations!

I purchased my item and three weeks later I sent an email regarding my order status. They took 5 days to reply and told me my item is sold out. Claimed the funds didn't withdraw which was also a lie, I am livid!!

High priced cheep looking wardrobe.

I’ve never seen a brand so ridiculously overpriced. The clothing is decent quality but no where near the prices being charged. The item I bought is nice & trendy but I could’ve found the same quality in Zara.

I reached out to the customer service regarding my order. The response came quickly and was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely order there again!

Update to my experince with Arakii..
It took quite some time but in the end customer team solved my case.
That’s why I raised the stars. They also didn’t charge for return costs. Nice gesture.

As I was impressed over instagram ads and photos, reality is far more different.
It took too long for my order to arrive despite the fact it’ll arrive in a few days (the date was stated when order was placed).
The product itself was nice but the dress waaay too short.
Now, my order is back with them but no information from customer service when refund will be made. No response from customer service thoug.
Very dissapointed.
And also 20 eur for return??

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von der Ware. Das bestellte Kleid, für einen Preis von 260 €, hat super schlecht gesessen und ausgesehen und gerochen als wäre es bereits in Gebrauch gewesen. Für den Rückversand werden 20 € berechnet und die Abwicklung hat wochenlang gedauert. Ich würde hier keineswegs nochmal bestellen und kann es definitiv nicht empfehlen.

Leider bin ich sehr enttäuscht. Auf Instagram wird mit hoher Qualität geworben. Die Preise sind übertrieben hoch im Vergleich zur gebotenen Qualität. Die Artikel waren von minderer Qualität und hatten schon einen Defekt und die Größen stimmten auch nicht mit den Angaben überein. Zusätzlich wird eine Gebühr von 20 Euro für Retouren verlangt. Angesichts dieser Erfahrungen werde ich definitiv nicht wieder bei diesem Shop bestellen. Schade!

Mit großer Freude habe ich dem Launch entgegen gesehen da die Kleider auf der Insta Seite des Unternehmens umwerfend aussehen. Entsprechend wollte ich mir ein Kleid trotz der hohen Preise (230,- bis 250,- pro Stück) gönnen. Als das erste kam dachte ich noch es sei Pech, aber nun sehen beide Kleider aus wie billige Asos Strandkleider. Schon die Verpackung ist viel zu klein und billig. Bin unglaublich enttäuscht und soll nun pro Kleid 20,- für die Rücksendung zahlen. Zudem hat die Retoure nun Wochen gedauert
