Our Arby's here in Georgetown Texas is a complete disappointment, especially since we are owners of another Arby's in Ohio and are concerned about this company overall. We've now been to the one here in Georgetown three times with the last time we ate half of our meal and threw the rest away as it was cold and not eatable. The crew didn't allow us to order at our pace and was demanding and rude and this is 3 times now. The floors not clean as shoes were making a snapping noise as they were sticking to the floors as they needed to be mopped. Mind you this is three times now so we gave this store a chance. Their parking lot has a few cars in it where the Wendy's and Ihop nearby are packed. Very dissapointing as we liked Arby's so much we bought an Arby's though not in Texas but we assumed they would be consistent in the food they put out 100% of the time. This is certainly not what we invested as so many choices here in Georgetown there is not reason to eat here in Georgtown's Arby's.

Went to Arbys in Big Springs Tx. The last 3 times I’ve gotten wrong orders. Today I did not get the classic that I ordered. The french dip sauce lid was half on. I live 80 miles away and didn’t know that the order was wrong and that the sauce had spilled out in bottom of sack which soaked the other sandwiches. I was 20 miles away before it was found. I really was looking forward to Arby’s but now I’m not sure I will go back.

If I could give -5 stars, I would the steak from Arby’s is black and charcoal. It’s not supposed to be black supposed to be red inside not black

For starters the wait time is ridiculous. Went through drive thru with a 6$ meal deal coupon and they charged me 12$. Last time I went through they messed up my order had to wait for them to fix the order. My sandwich looked and tasted like it was made the day before. The lady running the drive thru today needs to consider a new career. Kirksville Mo

OMG! , WORST ARBY´S IN THE WORLD !? food poisoning, gave to my 3 YEAR OLD sister ! had to take her to the hospital she was behind in school because she had to skip for 3 weeks she throw up water and nothing stayed down

total rip off you can go to shoneys or another buffet and eat until you can’t hold no more for under $15. You go to Arby’s one sandwich I ordered the Reuben not a whole meal just the sandwich. It was eight dollars You talk about making profit come on people speak out. Do you like getting ripped off like this what I don’t

Im a. Big fan of Arbys you can tell they use a much higher quality ingredients than other fast food chains. They also dont go wild on change the menu drastically its subtle a few items here and there

This is regarding location at Olivia Way, Fishers, IN. We had picked up food at this location. Not only was the order incorrect but the food was absolutely disgusting! The roast beef was NOT cooked properly! Most of it was literally raw... not just a little pink...RAW! The chicken tenders were also undercooked! We also received the wrong sides & were shorted on the jalapeño poppers that were ordered! The employees essentially screwed up the whole order, but the worst was the raw meat! We were not able to consume any of it! I called the restaurant directly to speak with a manager about it. I spoke with someone named Sierra who claimed she was an asst manager. She was extremely rude from the moment she answered the phone & refused to assist on this urgent matter or in refunding our money. She argued with me about the roast beef & essentially tried to say it was normal for Arby's to serve it raw. What?! After that, I mentioned to her I had taken pictures of all the food & was considering reporting the restaurant for unsafe practices. She said she didn't care. I then said maybe she needed to be reported as well for her poor customer service skills & negative representation of the restaurant. She stated she did not care about that either. She was truly just a nasty person & should be an embarrassment to the Arby's franchise! I then called the corporate customer service line & explained everything we had just experienced. That rep said a full refund would be processed for us which I will be watching for! He also said he would forward info to corporate about that Sierra. We definitely plan on reporting them to all appropriate entities. On a side note, I also contacted a relative who actually worked as a manager of an Arby's restaurant. He confirmed it certainly is NOT normal for Arby's to serve raw meat & that the manager is clearly incompetent at her job. Please be so careful if you plan on dining at this location!

The food was dry

I have never been so disgusted in my life. My steak bites were literally black and burned to a crisp. The service was like I was at a frat house with a bunch of drunks. I will never eat Arby's again

Tried the new steak bites! They were way to salty and dry! Very disappointed!

Arby’s is straight trash. The meat was cut completely wrong “the manager on the phone tells me it’s due to the machine being broken” everything was cold. And the manager didn’t even try to fix my order. So I pretty much got robbed. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone in the area. -10 out of 10…

When a restaurant charges seniors $2.49 for a cup of water it's time to never go back. At 73 I never drink anything other than water after 3pm. I should have checked my receipt before I started eating but I never thought I would have been charged $2.49 for WATER!!! Last time we will be eating at Arby's.

Ordered 2 beef and cheddar's thru Doordash. There wasn't much cheese if any in both sandwiches. How can you forget the cheese?

I went to arbys in phenix city, al. After seeing the commercial about their new brisket sandwich. When I got it, the slogan we got the meats was a joke. I had 3 small pieces of brisket on my sandwich. I paid 12.00 for this sandwich and it barely had any meat on it. It sure as hell did not look like the sandwich they advertised on commercial. Was very disappointed.

Had a bad experience at my loca Arby's. Reported it to the company but getting ignored. I purchased the 4/$10 roast beef sandwich offer & the sandwiches were so dry you couldn't chew the meat, plainly old & made earlier. The buns were not fresh. I eat Arby's alot as my favorite go to but since this issue, will consider something else. They don't stand behind their refund either, I am out good money.

Arby's in dillsburg Pennsylvania, exceptionally slow service at least 10 minutes to get served. The curly fries were barely lukewarm and the ham and swiss sandwiches over microwaved soggy with cheese running out of them into the paper. All the while the drive-thru was blowing up and had everyone's attention. Dining room and bathroom extremely clean and cool '80s music playing.

I ordered two Philly cheese steak sandwiches all that was on it was meat and cheese there were supposed have green peppers and red peppers and onions I did not open the sandwiches till I got home then I called them and they said they did not have the pepper mix they should have told me I would have ordered something else

Generally, I LOVE the roast beef. Based on a TV ad, today we tried their cheesesteak sandwich. It was horrible...wrong cheese and some weird sauce. I'll NEVER order this again.
