I don't like hard sell and from the…
I don't like hard sell and from the minute I went into the shop there was no pressure. When the lady, Michelle I think approached me and I said what I was looking for she was more than helpful and very knowledgeable. Even after deciding on a bed when I mentioned it was for my elderly mother in law she suggested a different style even although it was slightly cheaper.

Great experience with Dundee store
We visited your Dundee store after being let down twice by another well-known bed store.
We were helped by your staff member Harry who advised on the sort of mattresses in stock that would meet our needs. He gave us space to browse whilst being there to answer any questions we had. Once we placed our order he guaranteed us it would be delivered by the following Tuesday, and we received a call on the Monday to confirm it would be arriving as promised.
The bed was delivered within the 3 hour window with a phone call to let us know they were 5 minutes away prior to arriving. Quickly got the bed into the house and assembled.
We've been impressed by the service we've received, and would like to extend our thanks to Harry and the rest of the team at your Dundee store. Will definitely be recommending the store to others and it will be our first stop for any future purchases!

Had no intentions of going in and purchasing anything that day. But the salesman (Mark) is just too good at his job and such a genuine guy. Very knowledgeable and helped us get the best deal possible on what we wanted.
