BEWARE - BOGUS COMPANY THAT WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY

BEWARE! Portion of settlement was "immediately available" Nov 2024. Nothing for 3 months. Then on March 11 was told 1-3 days for a direct deposit. Nothing. Called back and was told there was a problem with the payment, wait 14 days to resubmit electronic deposit. If you can avoid working with this company, DO IT! Over 5 months, not a penny and complete BS every time I call Archer Systems, LLC. All I get from them is excuses. When I call, I speak to a foreign "representative," each with a conflicting excuse. There was a problem submitting my electronic payment, I have to wait 6 days to resubmit, I have to wait 14 days to resubmit, we don't know what the hold up is. I've asked to speak to a Supervisor only to be told one is not available.

Communications at its worst

Archer systems back at the end of January sent me a closing statement from the Krause and Kinsman law firm. I never received it due to the fact that the Archer Systems had the wrong email address for me Since I became aware of that (three days ago) I called archer systems and told them about it. The next day after that, I called again to make sure the email address was changed and it was but still no email received. Today (third day) I call them at 3:15 pm to find out that still has NOT been sent. however, an email has been sent over to their internal department an email over to their internal department, to have my closing statement sent to me. I asked lady then could you call sent over internal department and have them to send over my closing statement through email. She told me No, that they have to email their internal department—that they do not receive phone calls.. only emails. I know it’s only 3 days but I’ve been waiting since Oct 7. For this wrap up. I found it very frustrating that a company cannot call within itself. Communication should be a key factor within a company. I find it very aggravating that it taken three days (not yet received.) for an email that’s already been sent out once

The reps are rude and unhelpful

The reps are rude and unhelpful. I have been waiting on a payment come to find out they deposited in a wrong account. They are placing the blame on me when I provided the correct information and have proof that I did it correctly. Now I have to wait three months to get my settlement payment because they messed up.

I am Now Suing

I guess I will add my 1 star to their endless stream of 1-stars as well. HTF is this company still in business? They are in control of hundreds of millions of dollars and can't even get their act together. They NEVER pick up their phone or respond to any emails. When they actually respond to reviews onlinr they simply say "contact us". Well, we wouldn't have to blast your a$$ if you picked up your phone!! Time to file complaints with Federal Regulators to shut this joke of a business down! I can't believe Law Firms still entrust this company with our money.

Company is holding settlement funds

On October 9, 2024, I received documents from Archer congratulating me on the completion of my settlement and requesting me to complete the document in order to receive my settlement. The document was completed online and electronically sent back. (See Attached). On December 2, 2024, I received and email and then a call on December 5th from Suhn Rea, QSF Client Service Representative confirming the account number and routing number for my special needs trust account and he said no additional information was needed and the settlement amount will be deposited in about three business days. After, not receiving the deposit in the special needs account, I have been emailing Mr. Rea, and now all communications have stop. Today, I contacted the number on the document I received and the person I spoke to looked up the information regarding my settlement and stated it will be another 12 months before any money is deposited in my account, to check back every eight weeks and also stated the lawyers are still working on my settlement?? Below is the first email from Suhn Rae! On Mon, Dec 2, 2024 at 3:35 PM Suhn Rae wrote: Good afternoon, I hope this email finds you well. I'm Suhn, a member of ARCHER's dedicated fraud prevention team. It is ARCHER’s policy to verbally confirm any new or updated wire/banking instructions prior to disbursing funds. This call will take less than 2 minutes of your time. I will be giving you a call to verbally confirm the wiring instructions. Can you kindly provide a phone number and time that works for you? Their customer Service is rude and…

Their customer Service is rude and lacks any knowledge of your issues. They don't know the law and their answer to every question call back 6 to 8 weeks. They didn't even wait for the question. They are sitting on our money and feel no rush to give it to us. What taken them almost a year with no results took me a half a day to resolve. How pathetic

Archer Systems employees would steal from their own Mother if given a chance

How anyone who works at Archer Systems is able to sleep at night is beyond me because this company is terrible and needs to be put out of business. They do nothing to help the people they claim to be helping, their only loyalties are to the attorney firms who hired them and even that is questionable. I learned that my legal case was in a "pilot program" over at Archer and used as a learning tool, Archer lied to me and told me that my case was being worked on for years before doing anything with it and I did most of the legwork yet they are charging me for their involvement despite us having no agreement . They are getting paid once by the attorneys who brought them in and then again by the plaintiffs who have no other choice but to pay them in order to access the monetary settlements due to them because that's the only option. Archer Systems= Crooks. Scott Freeman and Carla Guillory= LIARS AND THIEVES. This entire company is horrible and if they spent half the time and effort they do on lying to people on actually doing their jobs this review wouldn't exist. Scott Freeman and Robby Avery and each have investment backgrounds and they are tryihng to keep as much of YOUR money as possible in order to prop up and fund their other buiness ventures and all the meanwhile collecting interest off money that belongs to plaintiffs because they're dragging their feet on paying out these settlements.

ALSO, Archer systems took out at least one COVID payday loan which was over a million dollars that was forgiven not long after yet they still laid off employees and honestly they never needed the loan to begin with. Archer Systems brings in in hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue a year- look it up if you don't believe me, and then tell me why they even needed the PPP loan to begin with. THEY DIDN'T, THEY WILL STEAL FROM ANYONE
