A great company to deal with! From George the sales advisor, the guys who built the base for us, Josh and his crew who built our cabin(even atrocious weather did not phase them), the gentleman who painted our cabin,and, not forgetting Simon the electrician who was recommended by Cabin Master. All were fantastic! Kept us informed at every stage of the build, worked extremely hard and were a pleasure to have around!

Great experience from start to finish. The installation of a 10m2 cabin with a bar extension was amazing thanks to Adam and Todd. They got the majority of the cabin up in one day returning to do finishing touches the next day. Expertly installed. Exemplary finish and great quality. Overall would 100% recommend Artic Cabins.

Artic Cabins,great from the first enquiry to the site fit. Nothing was to much trouble from the sales,to the lads that did the construction,to the after sales. A first class product. I would highly recommend this company!

The service we received was brilliant, helpful and no pressure at all. Our cabin was put up and the lads were very polite and certainly knew what they were doing. We have yet to varnish due to the poor weather and then we can have our first night in there. We also appreciate the Facebook group that they encourage you to join as lots of help and experienced people on there. If you are going for an arctic cabin, I would definitely use this company.

Just had our workshop completed this week. Jake and the team made the whole process very easy and everything went exactly as planned. The quality of the build is excellent and a special mention to the two installers who did a superb professional job.

we bought a 10m2 cabin and had installed in October 2020. It has been our best purchase ever and still looks as good as the day it was installed. We've had a very wet winter with lengthy spells of severe freezing conditions and the cabin has come through amazingly well due to its quality build. However, we did notice a very small patch of damp in one of the corners following a particularly bad spell of driving rain. I emailed Arctic Cabins aftercare on the Sunday evening to report, had an email back first thing Monday morning and an engineer was subsequently booked for Wednesday morning. The issue was resolved quickly, without fuss or question, degraded silicone sealant was the issue. The whole cabin was checked over to identify any further issues, of which there were none, and the chap was on his way. Now thats what i call exceptional customer service, if you want the best forget the rest, book your installation with Arctic, you will not regret it 😊

Ryman’s Christmas. We’ve recently had a bespoke hut built on a Mobile platform for our Christmas enterprise. Service from James in sales was great. The build was completed on the schedule dates. A great company as a whole to work with. We are very happy.

We absolutely love our Arctic Bar. From visiting the showroom to installation the service was 100% top level. If you are thinking of getting one of these go for it you won't regret it!

I had a great experience from start to finish, all started with a chat with Jake and ending with an amazing looking den, of outstanding quality.

Our arctic cabin/bar was installed this week by Jordan and Dale. They were very efficient and friendly and worked quickly to get the job done. They were conscious to make the experience painless for us, and we are very happy with the results.

From the moment we first expressed an interest in buying a cabin, right through to its construction and the many parties we’ve hosted in it since, the whole experience with Arctic Hut Nottingham has been fantastic.

The sales team and the craftsmen who built it were some of the most engaging, professional and genuinely friendly people you could hope to deal with. Their attention to detail and pride in their work really stood out.

The quality of the finished cabin is exceptional. Everyone who visits our “Nordic Nook” is amazed by how spacious it is (often likening it to Dr Who’s TARDIS) as well as its comfort and excellent facilities. It has completely transformed our garden and become a much-loved space for entertaining and relaxing.

It's more than a BBQ hut!! We have had our cabin for over six months now and it's great. Using in winter with a log basket to hold a wood fire means it is usable all year round. no smoke issues in the cabin and a very friendly community on Facebook. If you are thinking of buying one then do you won't regret it!!
