First-class service, first-class BBQ cabin
Ever since myself and my other half visited the Arctic Cabins show site in Nottingham, we received nothing but first-class service from a friendly and professional team. It was clear they were experts and the cabin is the proof! We love our BBQ evenings, it's so warm and cosy in there that we lose track of time. Big thank you to everyone at Arctic for making our experience so easy, especially the lads who fit the cabin, it's superb.

Great ! From start to finish, from initially looking at all of the Arctic cabins on offer to having it fitted/assembled was a smooth transition.
From sales to the lads that assembled it.
And I must admit it was a pleasure to work with all those involved. I would definitely recommend Arctic cabins for the extra bit of pleasure in your garden.

5 stars for quality of product but a…
5 stars for quality of product but a big fat 1 for after care and service. I was moving home and wanted to take my 7sqm BBQ hut with me. I was initially quoted a price that then changed when it came to it and then told they didn’t offer this service anymore. So I had to use an external joiner who was excellent but this meant losing our guarantee. This for me was shocking! Then when advised i’d need a replenishment kit. I was told it was too big to send. So i drove from Watford to Derby, I go to the sales room and greeted by a gent asking what I was after. I explained I was here to pick up a replen kit. Only to be told this wasn’t the right place. I then had to drive a further 25 minutes away to then pick up this pack so an additional 50 minute round trip. Then you’d think the £250 “CASH” price would at least have been reduced for my troubles and their lack of communication. No of course not. Add to the insult it would have been cheaper to post it to me than me drive. So all in all a poor experience. Lack of customer care all round. A shame as we was going to purchase an additional garden room but not from Arctic Cabins now.
Classic response and would have reconsidered but I’ve lost my 10 year warranty because you couldn’t help me. That means there is no after care available correct? That’s what I thought. So one star remains as was myself feeling out of pocket.

We are extremely saddened to see this 1 star review relating to a cabin relocation issue, as we take great pride in offering the very best customer service, which is reflected across our Trustpilot reviews. Rob, our Installations Director has tried to contact you several times since you left this review in the hope of finding out what has gone wrong since you relocated your cabin back in June this year.
We have looked into this in detail and refer to the email trail between yourself, Nikki in our Aftercare team, and conversations with Rob in Installations, initiated by yourself on 24th April 2025, when you enquired about us relocating you Arctic Cabin to your new address.
We responded to you the following day, confirming we were happy to assist with this and asked for more information regarding the new location, current site, condition of cabin and so on. You sent us over the info we required in the form of videos & images 30th April 2025, and we subsequently sent you a quote for the move, and detailed what the quote included on 1st May 2025. The price we quoted wasn't adjusted at any point in our conversations this year.
We also asked for you to provide a date you would be happy with, so we could book you onto the calendar, which you were unable to do as you didn't have a confirmed moving date at that point, but suggested it would likely be the last week in June. June is within our peak season for installations, and as such was fully booked with new cabin installs, but we offered to add you to a cancellation list so that we could add you into the calendar if any dates became available that we could squeeze you into.
You also enquired about us dismantling the cabin, wrapping, storing and moving it once you were in the new property, which we confirmed we didn't offer, but explained we would dismantle/move/re-install in one day, which you confirmed was understood.
On 21st May 2025 you thanked Nikki for her help with getting you added to the cancellation list, but expressed you were looking at alternative options to move the cabin yourself and asked for the weight of the cabin and a scaled drawing, which we provided. We explained that we didn't recommend using a forklift or crane to move the cabin, due the to way in which it is installed into the ground, and the damage this could potentially cause to the whole cabin if this was attempted. You also asked if we could recommend any external companies who could support you in the move, which we were unable to, but offered you lots of support and advice from our Installations Director, Rob.
We didn't hear back from you again after this, which was the 24th May 2025 but, as we understand it, you'd had phone conversations with Rob regarding purchasing a replenishment kit for you to use when you refitted/rebuilt your cabin yourself, which was organised for you ready to collect. This kit weighs a significant amount, and is bulky so we are unable to offer a courier service for this. Rob did offer to have one of our team drop this off for you when they were in the area but again, due to it being peak time for us, we didn't have anyone available at short notice. Apologies that you weren't clear that the kit was available for you to collect from our factory, rather than our Nottingham show site.
We'd like to hope you will reconsider your 1 star rating, as feel we did everything we could to support you with the cabin relocation.

Worth every penny - fabulous cabin and team
From placing our order, the communication was clear and the install arranged with ease.
The install team were amazing (Thanks Ben & Ross), so friendly and knowledgeable in helping us get exactly the end result we wanted.
The cabin itself is to a fantastic quality and it has completely transformed our garden and looks amazing.
Absolutely worth the investment and wouldn't hesitate to recommend buying from Arctic Cabins.

Fantastic Company
Hi,
We ordered our cabin late July 2025 and had it fitted early October 2025, the whole experience was second to none, every department we dealt with was extremely efficient and friendly. The 2 lads who fitted the cabin Ben and Ross were friendly, respectful of our property, but above all was the speed and accuracy they went about their work, concreting the floor posts to erecting the structure was mostly done on the 1st day with only a couple of hours on the second day. The finished product is stunning and would highly recommend this company in every aspect. If only other companies were like these.

Highly Recommended Product and Team
I couldn't believe how hard Jordan and Steve worked installing the cabin today. They carried on through wind, rain and sunshine until the job was finished. Jordan then took the time to explain how everything worked in clear and easily understandable terms. I can't wait to get the lights wired in properly. We are delighted with our "Hobbit House" and will be showing it off to our friends at the official opening. The whole process from start to finish has been excellent. Arctic Cabins are a pleasure to do business with.

Great product. The cabin uses high quality timber throughout. The installation team were friendly and took their time do do a quality install. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I am very pleased with my cabin and will certainly recommend Arctic Cabins to friends and colleagues.

Our Arctic Cabin Experience
From visiting the show site with the helpful staff to choosing exactly what we wanted, to the install date which ran so smoothly with fantastic installers who were so experienced with what they do! To the end result of our Arctic Cabin which we now love more than our house!! It may be in our garden, however when in it you feel like you're totally somewhere else. It's amazing and we absolutely love it, money well spent.

I had a garden room / office fitted…
I had a garden room / office fitted about 4 years ago and was impressed in every way from start to finish. Last week I needed to raise a concern about the room and on doing was asked to send a photo. I sent the photo and within 48 hours a fitter had arrived and my issue completely resolved. I was / am impressed and would highly recommend this company. Thank you so much.

Very professional company to deal with from day 1 seeing a cabin at local show. Kept in touch all the way through. The chaps that came to install our BBQ Hut were extremely hard working and friendly and a credit to Arctic Cabins. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Great Sauna from Arctic Cabins
Great Sauna from Arctic Cabins. The pre-installation instructions were very clear as to what was needed and easy to follow. The installation team on the day were friendly and got on with the job and very efficiently built the sauna. A gate through into the garden needed to be dismantled to allow the sauna panels to be brought through and that was done with care and repaired after. The sauna itself is great - using it on an almost daily basis. It takes about 1 hour to get up to temperature (over 50C).
I see that the BBQ cabins come with reindeer skins and so it seems a bit cheap not to include sauna accessories such as a temperature gauge, timer and a ladle & water bucket after having spent about £10K on the sauna.
