We have had quality service from start to finish. Simon has been amazing and thorough to ensure that we were happy from our initial enquiry through to installation. He came to do a site visit and check where we wanted to put the cabin as the location was a little tricky, bringing a template so that we could be sure of the site position. Simon was always so knowledgeable and quick to respond to our questions throughout. We were kept informed regarding delivery and installation, Adam and Ross (our fitters) were fantastic, worked hard and were not phased by the uphill site for our cabin. They took great care and pride in their work so that we were entirely happy with our cabin. Nikki has also been ever so helpful too, so consistent great service from everyone at Arctic!

Very happy with our Arctic Cabin! From the inital enquiry with Liam (who was extremely professional), we had any queries or concerns dealt with in a swift manner.
The installers Adam and Ross were very considerate and ensured we were totally happy with the Cabin’s final positioning and appearance.We couldnt be happier with our new addition to our Garden - really looking forward to soending those Summer Days with friends and family with the odd Arctic Cabin BBQ thrown in too! Well done Arctic Cabins, wish we had pirchased years ago!

We first saw them at the exhibition at Farnborough airport conference centre. We dealt with James, who was very professional and quick to respond to any questions we had.
They kept us up to date along the whole process and delivered and installed when they said they would. The installers were very quick, professional and tidy. We love our BBQ 10M cabin and spend most nights just chillin’ out there.

The installation guys are superb so efficient do an excellent job, they work for the company and are not sub contracted in which makes a huge difference in how much and why they care how happy you are

Tod and Jordan arrived early(0710) and commenced on building the cabin.This was accomplished very smoothly and with no mess. Once complete we were given a comprehensive “guide” to the cabin . Both men were polite, friendly and expert. The cabin and its builders exceeded our expectations. Well done indeed.

We were so impressed with the construction team ~ fast, efficient and super helpful explaining everything. Love all the finishing touches that were added and the quality could not be better. We are delighted with our new addition to the garden.

Recently moved house and missed my cabin so much I had to buy another one!
As my previous experience, a seamless process, initial purchase, communication and ultimately the installation, all done quickly and professionally.
I’ve seen other bbq cabins and they do not compare to Arctic, would recommend to anyone, fabulous job, thanks again.

Had our 7m cabin assembled today. Could have taken the bigger one now we have seen it in situ.
