I have returned an order using ups…
I have returned an order using ups label. I wasn’t given the correct label info the parcel is now stuck and no refund in sight. No real response to emails and takes days to respond. Horrific service. Do not use if you are UK. It was also not sent until I chased this. BE WARNED.

Awful
Awful - not delivered. Royal Mail was supposed to deliver this. They've left it somewhere else and not at my house. The photo of the supposed delivery is just a photo of the package and doesn't show which house it's been left at. Use a different carrier as Royal Mail are clearly awful. I'd love to know if the product is any good.
