Was impressed with their stand on Homebuilding show so tried to make an appointment. Unfortunately the one I was sent by email was different and not convenient. Tried to call and was told there was nobody I could speak to (odd as they'd answered the phone) and when called back told I'd need to speak to sales which seemed to be endless hold music.

This chaos doesn't inspire me that Aria are a good company and would be easy to deal with if I had a problem.

The real kicker was the passive aggressive email saying if I changed my appointment within 48 hours they would charge £30.

Freely admit their products may be fantastic, or may not be. Will never know as don't want to deal with companies that are so difficult.

Great experience. Friendly, very knowledgeable and patient with the likes of me that's not as knowledgeable with PC's and gaming as lots of their customers are. Some places make you feel awkward but they didn't. They were just happy to explain things so that I understood and felt confident in what I had just bought. Good company, great staff. Gutted that they are now closed to the public!!!!!

I have dealt with Aria many times over the years and normally been very happy with service goods and prices. More recently there have been instances of their trade counter being unexpectedly closed, but this appeared to be due to staff catching Covid.

Sadly hower I received an email yesterday stating: -
"Message to our customers
We regret to inform you that Aria.co.uk has decided to close down its online retail website and will instead transition exclusively to serving business clients only."
Their web site already gives '404' and Google shows the premises with this message: -
"Aria PC is permanently closed. If that's wrong, you can suggest an edit."
Companies house shows a voluntary liquidation as of 23rd July 2022 and a liquidator appointed.

Can't fault Aria. I have been looking at building a 2nd PC and Aria came to the rescue. They were offering the case I wanted, not only cheaper than their competitors but they also had a Web discount on it as well. Aria must have been on the ball when I placed my order, it was dispatched within 30 mins of the order being placed and collected by the courier within the hour.

Excellent pricing and amazing service ordered after 4pm and delivery still made next day highly recommended

I was going to buy a GPU as a birthday present.
However, thanks to Aria it did not work out!

It turns out that I have not passed a security check!
Wow! This is the first time in my entire life when someone tells me that I can't buy stuff from them because my billing address and delivery address don't match.

Dear Aria PC, I have been using the same credit card for years to purchase goods online without any issues.

Speedy supply of exactly what I wanted.

Always my go to for CPUs as good price with quick delivery. Never had an issue with aria.

Ordered HDD online since the trade counter is closed. The HDD arrived the next day. The delivery charge was very reasonable. Packing was exceptional; as the HDD received safe. One of the best on-line retail available to-day. Thankyou at Aria.
