Terrible experience - I contacted the Aritzia customer service because of more than $100 delivery expenses (when on the order was written there would be no expenses) and After waiting so long for a replay, they did not help at all

Recently I ordered something online. The Friday it said it got delivered, I immediately went to the lobby; package wasn’t there. I waited till after the weekend. Contacted Aritzia they then denied my claim and said the package was delivered. After sending me the fedex link I noticed the package was delivered at an incorrect building- not my apartment building. I made a fedex claim and contacted aritzia again and they just replied with the same generic response. How can I be responsible for the loss of this package if it never got delivered at my provided address.
To say I'm disappointed is an understatement.

I went to Aritzia and the employees were so nice. The clothes were amazing quality. I got so many deals they’ve lasted for so long and the clothes are overall just amazing. There are so many different types of materials and styles. and I recently ordered online and it came in so fast. The clothes were folded neatly and nothing was wrong with the shipping or packaging.I recommend.

I went to Aritzia. They were so nice and so kind they helped me with everything I need. They’re close. Have such good quality when I ordered off-line. They came in two days so I think you guys should buy from Aritzia. They also have really good colours and all that.

Ça mérite même pas un commentaire. Rien sur le site, je n’était pas au courant des frais de douanes. Rien au moment de payer, je reçois un message en pensant que c’est une arnaque 127e pour une commande à 280e. Aritzia refuse de payer les frais de douanes, FedEx a une clause dans le cas où le consommateur refuse de payer et qu’aritzia doit régler la facture si non la marchandise est détruite. C’est choisir de perdre 280 et d’être rembourser dans 2 mois ou de payer les frais et de perdre 127e. Si jamais les vêtements ne vont pas c’est 45e en moins. Le service client d’aritzia confond les jours et les mois dans ces réponses. Une arnaque il est dommage que je puisse pas mettre les captures d’écran et script de aritzia dont les réponses sont grotesques. J’attend de recevoir mon colis, en lisant les commentaires je comprend que certains l’ont pas reçu. Es ce que je viens de payer pour rien ? En tous cas, si oui j’intenterai de saisir la DGCCRF et de bloquer et signaler le paiement auprès de ma banque. La moindre des choses c’est de prévenir que les frais de douanes peuvent être aussi élevés. 400e pour 5 vêtements j’espère qu’ils sont en soie et pas en polyester
Wrong item received - will not allow return, replacement, or refund
I received a package 2/15/25 but it was not what I ordered and was a non-Aritzia item. They indicated that since they sent the wrong item to me previously, and they issued a refund then, that they will no longer provide me with a refund. I emailed multiple times and also called but continue to get the same response that since I had to return an item previously (due to their mistake), that they will not fix this problem.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Aritzia. I purchased a Super Puff™ item that turned out to be of poor quality, and when I reached out regarding the issues, I was met with dismissive responses. Instead of taking responsibility for what is clearly a manufacturing defect, Aritzia expects me to pay extra fees for an exchange. As a customer, I should not have to bear the cost for a product that fails to meet basic quality standards. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service have left me feeling frustrated and disillusioned. I hope Aritzia improves both their product quality and customer care in the future.

This will definitely be my last purchase from this brand. Order number A7393797. Delivery, was great. What pisses me off is the price they charge us when the clothes are in made in Cambodia. Old navy is also made in a third world country yet their price are affordable AND the clothes are durable, well stitched and properly shaped. One. Two i received my clothes DIRTY, i washed in cold with no fabric softener and air dried it.. I thought the shape would wake up a little bit and readjust itself but no, the material is warped regardless. Three, im 6 ft tall weighing only 165 pounds. Im skinny, and extra large is still too tight.This is just surreal to me. Yes i will keep all three tank tops, i washed them so i can't return them, but i know ill end up giving them away.
Im so sick of these companies convincing us they're a good brand. We want versatility, LENGHT, no more crop tops, clothes that are meant for our age group. Yes women in their 30s still shop here but our bodies aren't like when we were 16.

I went to aritzia in Garden State Plaza this morning and wanted to return a coat I bought for my daugther. I was past the 30 return poicy by a few days. I asked for a store credit not an exchange because my daugther needed to pick out what she wanted. The store manager would not give me the store credit herself. She would not bug on the policy for a customer. I had to call customer service and make an appointment to go back and get the store credit. I shouldn't have had to call customer service. The manager should have over road the policy and helped me get my store credit. I am not happy about this policy!!!

My daughter received a shirt from Aritzia for her birthday, unfortunately, it is too big. It was purchased from someone overseas, when they were here. They did not give us a gift receipt or a receipt and do not have one. The tags are still on the shirt, with no damage. Understanding that we would not get a refund we just asked to exchange the shirt, which is still available in stores, for a different size. Apparently, this is impossible, according to the store manager and then followed up by an email from Customer relations
. Why is this impossible for Aritzia but possible at other large retail stores? I regularly shop there for myself and my daughter- I guarantee that I will never again....pathetic.

Tried to use the online store, did not work, it told me I was not in the USA. I'm not sure if New York has left the Union or what ??? Terrible for such a brand. Never got to shop there, and I will never try again, WE HAVE CHOICES !!!
Worst customer experience, will not buy again.
Worst customer experience ever! will never buy anything from Aritzia again!! bought a winter coat online as a Christmas gift for my daughter in the Black Friday sale. The package got lost, never delivered. After spending hours of waiting on their phone line, I was able to speak with multiple representatives from their concierge service, all I get is to wait another 5 to 8 business days to call back. It is January 14, 2025, still no update from Aritzia. I wont give up.
Horrible return policy
Horrible return policy. If the item is discounted at all, even by 5%, you cannot get a credit back to your card. They unethically bury this policy so that you are not aware. Bought a $375 coat and tried to return it two days later because it was too big. Tags on with receipt but we were only able to get a store credit. I called customer service and they voided the store credit and promised a tender exchange (a credit back to my credit card) but that has not happened. No coat, not merchandise credit and no credit to my card. I will not shop here ever again.
Aritzia or Aripzia?
I placed a large order. The package did not contain one of the items. They charged me $100 for a sweater they didn't send! I contacted them and they said "According to our records, this item was shipped in the package along with the rest of your item." Are you kidding me? They claim I would hear from their "internal review" in 3-5 days. I emailed them after 5 days. No response. I waited, nothing. Almost a month later I called them - 45 minutes wasted on hold - then all they can do is "escalate the claim". Another 1-3 business days was their repeated scripted reply. They say it's taken so long due to a high call volume. Well, that does happen when you charge people for items you don't send and then waste multiple calls and emails not dealing with it! You can't talk to anyone that can actually do anything. What a RIP OFF. If they don't resolve this in 3 days, my only option is to spend another hour of my time contacting someone there that can't do anything. And a BBB complaint, I guess.
The absolute worst service I have ever received
Returned pants and shirt in the same package they arrived in. Dropped off with Fed Ex 12/13 verified deliver 12/16. Pants credited promptly, nothing on the shirt. Called 12/21. Confirmed they received both, but said it may take longer for credit. Called 1/4 Said to wait until after 1/6 and it will be resolved. No phone call no email. Called 1/9. They said they didn't receive the pants after telling twice on 12/21 and 1/4 they had them. Disputing with my credit card while they investigate. An absolute joke. I have spent over 3 hours on hold with them. They will not give out and number so I can avoid calling back in and waiting on hold

Worst customer service! I will not shop here again!! I returned an item purchased online, after 21 days that it was delivered I am still waiting for my refund. I tried calling, I hung up after waiting over 45 mins for a representative!!
Unbelievable, I never had an experience like this! My next step will be to dispute the charge with my credit card so they can take over!
Ridiculous Return Policy
I bought jeans that were on sale for Black Friday not knowing that nothing that is on sale can be returned except for store credit.
“Since the items in your return were sale items they are only eligible for a return to merchandise credit or an exchange.”
Who does this? It should at least have bold red letters beneath the item that says it cannot be returned. You shouldn’t have to read the fine print of the return policy to learn this information. Now I’m stuck with an e-gift card to the worst online retailer I’ve ever shopped with.

Worst customer service. Very careless. They duplicated an online order by mistake. I notified them right away, 3 weeks of communication later plus visits to a store location, which the closest is an hour away & they still haven’t resolved the issue. A lot of incoherence among their clerk’s & politics.
Disappointed with the Water Resistance of the SuperSnug Puff™ Long (Matte Pearl)
I’ve always been a huge fan of Aritzia, but my recent experience has been nothing short of disappointing. I bought my first SuperPuff on November 24, 2024, after hearing rave reviews about its warmth and water-resistant properties. Imagine my shock when it soaked through during a light drizzle.
I understand it’s not waterproof, but soaking wet after 15 minutes in barely any rain? That’s unacceptable for a product marketed as water-repellent. What’s worse is the frustrating back-and-forth with customer service. Concierge directed me to a store, but the store claimed they couldn’t override Concierge decisions. When I finally spoke to the manager, I learned I wasn’t alone—she’d had three other complaints about the same issue in the past month. All were declined, so mine was too.
At this point, it’s clear there’s a problem with this jacket that Aritzia isn’t addressing. Customers deserve better than being passed around without a real solution. If the SuperPuff can’t handle even light rain, it needs to come with an honest warning instead of setting unrealistic expectations.
I’ve loved this brand for years, but this experience has shaken my trust. If Aritzia wants to maintain its reputation, it needs to start valuing customer feedback and fixing these recurring product issues.
