Unprofessional service
I had a disappointing experience with this ticket broker.
From the start, communication was unclear, especially regarding pricing and what “general” vs “premium” tickets actually meant. The seller could not confirm exact seat locations and was vague about important details.
The payment process raised concerns. They required a 50% upfront bank transfer (or PayPal friends & family unless I paid extra fees), with the remaining 50% in cash upon delivery. This setup offers very limited buyer protection compared to standard platforms that accept credit cards and provide guarantees.
When I chose to purchase elsewhere for slightly more but with a more secure and transparent process, the seller became defensive and unprofessional, ultimately responding with aggressive and disrespectful messages.
Overall, I would not recommend this service. Lack of transparency, risky payment methods, and poor customer interaction made this an uncomfortable experience.
