Really great try before you buy service and great glasses when I ordered. The only thing I would say was my prescription glasses arrived through the letter box in a cloth case only packaged in a paper envelope. I’m surprised they got to me in one piece. No fragile sign, no protection at all. So I would recommend improving the packaging to prevent damage, especially when the boxes you send the try before you buy glasses in are very sturdy.

Glasses are too big so fall off when I look down and the lenses are for distance when I wanted reading glasses. Very disappointed

I had no idea how overwhelming choosing a pair of glasses could be! I tried so many different places spending hours in shops trying them on. Arlo wolf made things really easy. I used the try before you buy service and it was really easy. As a first time glasses wearer I found the whole process really easy. The customer service was really helpful aswell. Really friendly and helpful.

After finding out I recently need to start wearing prescription glasses I've been struggling in the sunny weather. Needing my prescription glasses to see but having to constantly switch between my sunglasses and normal glasses. My friend recommended Arlo Wolf for being really reasonably priced. I went for the Brooklyn Sun glasses in gold and was a little apprehensive of how they'd look when they arrived, however I can confirm they are absolutely stunning and look very expensive. The whole process from start to finish was so easy, I purchased the glasses, uploaded my prescription certificate after purchase and within 2 weeks had my new prescription sunglasses. Do not hesitate to purchase, I am in love!
