Ordered a dog restraint to stop the dog…
Ordered a dog restraint to stop the dog trying to get into the front of the car. She can't drive but loves being a supervisor so perhaps she should consider a career as a driving instructor?
Anyways, not use the product in anger yet as too hot to have the dog in the car, but it turned up quicker than expected. So that was good

Didnt receive my item
Hello, i didnt receive this item and
they didnt provide proof of delivery. It said that a signature was signed but i didnt sign nothing, the name was also wrong. They said they were going to investigate however i havent heard back from then since. No help at all, they didnt care. Very disappointed.
EDIT: IT WASNT THEM, IT WAS THE DELIVERY COMPANIES FAULT, I GOT A REFUND WITH GOOD COMMUNICATION

Gave incorrect product for my car
I asked for a recommendation for a roof rack for my car, gave all the details and reg number. They gave me 2 links for the roof racks I can have. I then ordered one of the options. When it came instructions said it was for a 5 door and I had a 3 door which I mentioned in the email. I emailed to find out if I can use this. They emailed me to say I cannot! Not sure why they are recommending products when the information is incorrect! Wasted my money aswell…
