Title: Zero customer support – avoid at all costs
I purchased a 5-in-1 tap from this company and, to be fair, the product itself is fine. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.
When it came time to replace the filters (which are essential to the product), I found they were listed as “sold out” on the website. Since then, I have made multiple attempts to contact the company through every available channel – their chatbot (no response), email (no replies), and even attempts to reach their parent company, Kastalia Taps – again, no response.

In my experience, I have not received any response via these methods, and the phone number has not connected.
I also checked Companies House and noted missing filings, which raises concerns about the current status of the business.
The key issue is this: this product requires ongoing replacement filters, yet there is no way to obtain them or get any form of customer support.
I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from this company to think carefully. Without support or access to essential parts, the product becomes effectively unusable.
Avoid.
I’ll add that today, they are now showing product in stock and I’ve purchased via shop to have an audit trail. Let’s see if it gets delivered. Still nothing from a customer care point of view so my above stands. Shocking service really.
Can't tell how good the tap is as it arrived several weeks ago with a faulty joint, so not yet fully installed. Engaging with Arno taps about a replacement joint is proving impossible.
Customer /Support services are appalling.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Their customer service is absolutely awful. Good luck getting a reply or any help if you have any problems as you can't actually speak to anyone! The boiling element of our tap is now not working, it's been nearly 2 weeks and numerous emails and videos sent and still no reply!
We had an issue with the filter fitting weeks after buying and it took weeks for someone to take action and help out. And when they did they then promised me they'd send me extra filters by way of apology and then didn't bother sending them. I would avoid buying anything from them ever again.
If I could give zero I would. Tap was delivering water at 82deg from the spout, not 98 as it was set to. The digital display started to lose digits, then intermittent operation and finally it’s packed up. This was since installation in dec, 4 months. Through out this I’d contacted Arno numerous times ( 6) with video evidence. Every time they promised the earth but did zero. Now going to ombudsman as they have a duty under the consumer act. I now have a non functioning useless tap.
There is no way to communicate with them. No phone number, don't respond to emails and don't respond to the web chat. I have questions about an order I have received and cannot get an answer. Avoid!
Missing part from the order and after contacting their service email (no phone number for services) I’ve not heard back so it feels like Arno is uncontactable and we feel very let down.
It has dripped since I bought it the dripping speeds up when it is boiling as you can hear the mechanism - I like the tap - but probably losing a lot of water and paying the price
Tap was good for 7 months, now the safety feature has broke. Happy days I have a 3 year warranty …. Apart from I would if they actually help, I’ve been contacting them every day for 2 weeks, getting told they will contact me once resolved, I had to send a 2 minute video of the taps pluming even though that was fine, it’s the safety feature that’s broke. I have to keep chasing them every day and I’m getting nowhere. I ordered replacement filters aswell, had to chase them up as had nothing for over a week with ‘express delivery’.

Overall, this is a solid faucet with excellent water pressure. Having readily available filtered water at 98°C is incredibly useful for cooking and hot drinks. However, the product falls short in terms of features and value structure.
Technically, it would be much better if the temperature sensor worked for regular hot and cold water, rather than just the filtered line, and I missed having a spray mode.
I was also surprised by the pricing logic. The 4-in-1 model costs £509, while the 3-in-1 is £369. The 3-in-1 filters the water for the boiler, so it seems like a missed opportunity not to provide that same filtered water as a cold option without the boiler engaged. It feels steep to pay an extra £140 just to access ambient filtered water when the filtration hardware is effectively already there.
From the minute I ordered the tap to now using the tap it’s been a great experience.
The website was easy to use and at first I thought something wrong because the price was so competitive. I did the install myself and couldn’t really be simpler

The tap itself is so easy to use and feels really safe
The look with its digital display is an amazing addition to our kitchen
The delivery was quick and specific instructions were followed. The instructions were clear & easy to follow. Installation didn’t take too long. I used a combination on the YouTube video & written instructions.
It works really well & is more the sufficient for my needs.
It was a bit longer than 15mins
My under-sink area has a Waste disposal unit so i had to put boiler/chiller in shelf unit alongside & needed to cut ventilation slots into it as it was only about 10mm wider than unit & knock out the rear panel & used some right angle push fit connectors for convenience.
I really needed longer pipes on the tap for the std hot & cold supply, but finished up re plumbing the pipework under the sink to accommodate it - it took a few hours plus a 2 metre bit of copper pipe & a couple of fittings.
The push in & Silicon pipes were also a bit on the short side so I bought a few more metres of each - not expensive
All in all a neat setup with chiller & boiler combined & excellent result
Very pleased with it.
Minor niggle at moment is touch screen needs to be touched several time before you can get boiling water symbol to light up
But good value for money - still only took about 1/2 day to install even with the small revisions to pipework - extra items needed were about £20-£30 in total
Great customer service (i ordered wrong colour tap) easily and quickly exchanged. Tap was easy to fit. Love the safety features it comes with and the digital display such a better design than the “big expensive branded taps” we did a lot of research and so happy choosing ARNO 4 in 1
DO NOT BUY THESE TAPS!!! This is a scam company, you cannot get through to support or anyone, there is no aftersales support whatsover.
The tap I purchased lasted all of 3 weeks before the controls failed, I emailed them and had a reply after a few days and was told I would be sent a replacement.
Since then I have had no response, there is no number to call and the email address doesnt work. Emails just bounce back.
There are other companys out there using the same method - online chat/ emails with no phone number, I tried them and was told they had no correlation with arnotaps.com... Whatever.

Bottom line do not buy arnotaps, they are awful quality, customer support and the warranty's are worthless , save your money and buy a reputable brand with proper customer support and contact details.
