Such a lovely and cute store! I've been shopping kn their online store for the last year, and I have had nothing but positive experiences each time! 💕 Their customer service is always quick, and so helpful! Everything always arrives in perfect condition xxx

Zero stars, rude, unprofessional staff, never again..
Zero stars for this shop.
Discriminated for not using hand sanitizer on kids with a medical condition.
Told by a very rude staff member that we would not be allowed "to touch anything" in the shop because children can't use sanitizer.
This policy is not advised even by the Government Guidelines for COVID-19 as many people can't use hand sanitizer due to skin conditions or allergies.
This is discrimination.
We can go to any other shop and not be refused entry for this.
We had no choice but to leave and to my horror, the same staff member started to laugh sarcastically.
The kids were very upset.
I will never visit this shop again.

Artbox is AWESOME!
I am overjoyed - I ordered a few keychains from Artbox on Tuesday 8th and they arrived today (10th).
They were very well wrapped in bubble wrap and are so adorable and perfect!!
I couldn't be happier, and have already placed another order. I would recommend to anyone (and have done so!) and cannot wait for more delightful goodies to be added to the shop so that I can buy even more :D thank you so much, Artbox!

Lovely and Kawaii
Have always been a fan of this business and website from the early days when it was part of the Korean chain. Never had any issues with their consistent service.
Have placed a couple of orders throughout lockdown and have been really impressed with the speed of their delivery.
An example, placed an order on Wednesday, selected Free Delivery and received on the Friday, independents take note.

Best Kawaii store EVER!
Fabulous online experience, quick responses to any questions sent, super friendly and knowledgeable staff and probably the best Kawaii selection in the UK. I love this store! Very much hoping to get down to the actual stores/cafe this year!

Always love this shop in store and online. The service is always awesome. I received a duplicate present for Christmas and they so promptly allowed me to return for a voucher. This is so much appreciated and I will forever be getting my Pusheen, Sanrio and kawaii fix from ArtBox forever. Oh yes and when I’m Brighton you must visit the ArtBox Cafe :)
