Teddy bear music box for our baby broke within 1 month. It fell off a bed onto the floor, one time. I asked for a replacement as an item aimed at young children shouldn't be so ridiculously fragile. Wrote to support and they said just buy a new one?! AVOID AVOID AVOID

The Kings (made in Sheffield version) has a really solid feel and a brilliant finish. Excellent balance to them.
Great value for quality that will last.
The customer service is superb too (Penny particularly).
Delighted with our cutlery and especially that it’s made in Sheffield.

Great company to work with. Called to get septic pumped. Told me next day after lunch. They showed up next day at 12:30 and did a fantastic job.

We have had an Arthur Price cutlery set for a while now and love it. Just recently, some of the knives were showing minor corrosion near to the teeth. We contacted Arthur Price who arranged for them all to be replaced very promptly. Great communication with the company and great service

We paid a lot for a large set of their Old English cutlery, looked really nice at first, but we soon found that the platingcwas very soft and developed deep scratches on the spoons which look awful. We have previously owned Viners and these after 20 years look better than the Arthur Price after 6 months.

My experience gave me back faith in kindness and good service. I sent a silver plated spoon (some 40 years old) to Arthur Price and asked for advice on staining. By the first business day after my request, a representative telephoned me to explain the issue, advise that it had been resolved, and the spoon would be returned to me with complimentary polish. All for no charge (and this was not a guarantee issue given the age of the spoon). Bravo Arthur Price.

Pretty awful quality of the cutlery. About 10 years ago I bought and immediately returned a cutlery set from one of the cheaper ranges. The knives were all bent, not some accidental fault, clearly a manufacturing issue. A few days back I bought middle prices forks and knives. I needed a particular design and didn't have any other choice but Arthur Price. The knives were all out of line again. Had to return and cut back on my design expectations. I don't understand how this business still exists. It shouldn't.

Bought two sets of Arthur Price Conran cutlery sets at TKMax.
Beautiful set to look at......only after the first time coming out of the dishwasher they are a lot of rust in them. The rest of the cutlery are fine ( viners make)They weren't cheap eather.
I do blame myself for not reading the reviews first. Contacted the customer service via email and not a single response. Never again.

I purchased what I thought were 2 luxurious cutlery sets with a 50-year guarantee which seemed to be a safe option, however, after only 3 months of use the knives have rusted and have large chunks missing from them! I have contacted customer services but have not been responded to at all. Not happy at all! Avoid at all costs unless you want to be scammed out of hundreds of pounds also!

Very expensive and after a few uses of not the whole set 3 of the knives have gone rusty in this "stainless steel" "dishwasher safe" canteen

Fair play & outstanding customer service are sadly a rare thing these days. Today however Arthur Price were a shining example & a happy reminder of just how good a customer journey can be. Expert & courteous service at the Boundary Mill Colne store followed by fast, fair & effective follow up by James Price & Martin Bell. The 'Sophie Conran Rivelin' cutlery is beautiful to look at and a pleasure to use. Really great job - thank you.

Today I hat the experience of contacting sale / customer service plus a young lady from the factory shop.
When I saw the poor reviews posted I felt I had write one on my own experience.
Both young ladies could not have been more helpful.
My order was only a small one but they went to great lengths to help me.

Purchased a vision cutlery set from Oldrids, Grantham, England. On opening discovered on dessert spoon short. Contacted Arthur Price direct, fabulous customer service, lovely lady called Marion Toon dealt with me, sent me my missing spoon with absolutely no charge to myself, and was super helpful and super polite. Got my first set of Arthur Price cutlery 33years ago, quality and customer service is still both of the highest today.

Very-very upset Bloomingdales Dubai and Arthur Price cutlery set. Don’t recommend to buy anything in Bloomingdales Dubai, because for this «luxury shop» client don’t cost anything!!
10/01/2022 I ordered online in Bloomingdales Arthur Price cutlery set. It was delivered to me 12/01/2022. 15/01/2022 I found on knifes the rust! But this is a real steel! High quality Arthur Price with 50 years warranty! I was very upset with quality. I used to have simple Chinese cutlery set, and it still looks nice. Arthur Price - the worst quality, don’t recommend to buy anything in this company!!! But what about Bloomingdales Dubai…

I called to Bloomingdales 15/01/2022. They told me please, send photos via What’s App and gave me a phone number. I sent and wrote that I need exchange. I don’t want return, or money back, just exchange. They wrote me, please, wait 48 hours. Ok…. I wait. 18/02/2022 I wrote to them again. They told me again – please wait 48 hours… Ok… I wrote 22/02/2022 - answer again – please wait… I wrote 23/02/2022…. The same…. 25/02/2022…. The same Today is already 10 of March 2022. Nobody still DON’T MAKE ME ANY RETURN OR MONEY BACK. It looks that they specially do like that that client finally forget about it! Awful relationship with clients! Via online shop sell bad quality things!!! They specially don’t want to help their client! Don’t have theirs personal responsibility.
1. Don’t recommend to buy anything in Bloomingdales Dubai. They are selling bad quality things and don’t make return or exchange.
2. Don’t recommend Arthur Price products.

NO, None, Zero aftersales services .... Very quick to take your money but that's it. Pathetic company. Do NOT purchase from them.

Bought a cutlery set online. Never got my order and only got my refund after chasing for 3 months and going to my credit card company.
What an unorganised company, not impressed

Bitterly disappointed. Over 30 years, I was given Arthur Price Harley cutlery as a gift and was very happy with quality of my cutlery. Over time of moving homes I lost some of the cutlery. Recently decided to buy and replace my lost cutlery. Found 24 piece Arthur Price cutlery Harley design online via House of Fraser to replace my lost cutlery. The quality was not there at all. I was bitterly disappointed when I received the cutlery. Most of the items were very light in weight except the knife had a weight. I have returned them and waiting for refund. I am so sad. Arthur Price is a good name but the quality is not there any more.
