I worked for more than one month. I was beaten through Muskan by the TL Vipin Tomar. Even after terminating Muskan, she was kept in the job and her salary was paid, but my salary has still not been paid.
The incident happened on 2 December 2025 between 5:45 PM and 6:15 PM. At that time, the OOPS Manager, Senior Manager, HR, and others were present, but no one said anything to that girl. The Director and Manager were also available there.
These people mentally harassed me and forced me towards suicide. I was treated with extreme misbehavior. This was my first job, and when I came to work for the first time, I faced all this harassment at Ascent.
I only want my salary to be paid.I worked at this company for more than one month, and TL Vipin Tomar got me beaten by another girl who is also a TL. That girl is very rude. He looks at girls with bad intentions and keeps them around.
These people also deduct employees’ salaries. The management is completely corrupt. All the reviews posted about this company have been written by the company people themselves.
My salary was also not paid, and these people force employees into situations that push them towards suicide.

In this situation, certain actions during working hours—such as inappropriate language and conflict with co-workers—unfortunately affected the overall office environment. After carefully reviewing the matter, appropriate action was taken in accordance with our company guidelines.

As part of our commitment to maintaining a healthy and professional workplace, a decision was made to relieve the individuals involved from their responsibilities, in line with our zero-tolerance policy.

We believe in fairness and professionalism, and our actions are always focused on ensuring a positive environment for all team members.

Epic Fail: The Brutal Reality of AscentBPO

We engaged this call centre to provide us with 2 telemarketers. After the first two days, one of the callers quit their business and no replacement found, the other telemarketer booked 30 appointments for us and only 2 showed up! They asked for 70,000 INR payment upfront and now have stopped answering our calls. Very unprofessional company. If you are considering this company for outsourced services then save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere
