Great service.
Although I had to cancel my order due to a bereavement, Asgard were very helpful in returning my money. In the past I have purchased Asgard storage units and if needed will do so again. I did purchase a tin of green paint for one of my existing cabinets and was very happy with the speed of dispatch and the quality of the paint. Thank you Asgard.

Great products and customer support
Both units purchased were sturdy, secure and aesthetically appealing.
6 months after delivery one of the units locks seized, I reported it to customer service and Zarah Jallani took on my account. Zarah was always polite, friendly and extremely helpful. She arranged for a new door to be delivered and fitted.
My only disappointment was that it took six weeks before completion.
Otherwise great products and customer support.

The guys had my Asgard shed up in a couple of hours, they were friendly and answered any questions i had. I was disappointed that the extras that I ordered they were not allowed to fit. I have to find someone else to fit the anchor. Overall I’m a satisfied customer

Hiya – Lead times are a little extended due to the amount of orders we have at the moment, our curse is being the best, and as in one of the reviews below we had a bit of an incident with two trucks being off the road due to seperate incidents involving low bridges… which has not helped us. We are on a bit of a catchup – we are getting back up to speed though. We are worth the wait though!! Hang in there! Andy

Ordered paint to touch up
Ordered paint to touch up, tin came dented and green paint on several areas on the outside of the tin, we havnt used it yet so fingers crossed it’s an exact match, expensive for the size.

Hi,
I feel a 1-star review is a bit harsh if the issue is a dented tin that hasn’t yet been opened. For clarity for anyone reading, the tin is 250ml—slightly smaller than a 330ml can of Coke—so that gives an idea of the size.
The paint is priced at £15 including 20% VAT, which covers the tin, the paint itself, and delivery—this is effectively at our cost. It’s the same high-quality, hard-wearing outdoor paint used on the sheds, mixed by us to ensure a perfect match. Similar outdoor (unmatched) paint from DIY stores is around £12 - £18 from a shop.
Unfortunately, the delivery process is outside of our control. However, if the paint has been damaged and can’t be used, please get in touch, and we’ll of course arrange a replacement.

A reassuring ordering experience
A reassuringly robust order flow. My only observation is that the item descriptions on the acknowledgement and order documentation don't really match those given in the catalogue, so there was slight doubt as to whether the correct item would be dispatched. Having consistent, meaningful product descriptions across the process would be a welcome improvement.
