Excellent customer service from Keeley on reception who took the time to resolve an outstanding appointment issue.

This is a money grabbing practice that has no care for nhs patients. I was ushered into a side room with the manager and dentist after they wanted me to pay for a crown that I had stated 3 times it was an nhs crown covered by my nhs maternity exemption certificate. Very shoddy and extremely unprofessional. I made a point of returning them back to the waiting room for everyone to hear what disgrace they were presenting me with and then informed them I will not be returning. Prior to this, the dentist used a Digital Crown impression machine without applying a protective guard, exposing me to risk of infection. The dental nurse had to intervene. Then “there was a problem with the lab” leaving my tooth unexposed and filed down without a temporary crown being fitted for 4 weeks (after them charging me £800 to protect my tooth with a private root canal, which in hindsight, I was ripped off with). There are much better dentists than these cowboys. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I stuck to the same dentist for years because she was amazing and having suffered myself and my son when he was young (a dentist caused him issues that lasted into adulthood and continue now. A bad dentist. Horrible esp when you have to trust them as your vulnerable mouth open laid back in a chair with a person holding a drill
Anyway Andi was my go to She is in this practice but when she went in maternity leave I had to use another if their dentists and I discovered Andi wasn't the only brilliant dentist the practise had another.. I honestly couldn't imagine another good dentist (plainly I'm traumatized by this profession) but yesterday I had Ary. He is a talent and artist. He's extremely good patient current professional extrodinary honestly. There so blessed by their dentists at this practise
The reception staff don't let the side down. Honestly reception can let many companies down but the reception in this practise goes all out to help. The manager I met today.. she's so helpful and really wants the best for customers/patients/clients so goes the extra mile to run a smooth ship
