I will never order again. I ordered a red coat and it was full of black spot, molded. I called and the lady asked me if I read the policy on ordering clearance items. No refund.

I will never shop at Ashley Stewart again, I live in a apartment and people are always stealing my packages. So on several orders I’ve had to call and report them missing... well due to the thieves in my apartment they have stopped me from making online orders although I send them to my front office now..... they never have to worry about my business again ever in life and now I’m going cancel my credit card with them. The extremely bad part about the situation is they didn’t even email to tell me that my orders will not go out, the rep told me I would have to call and find out what was going on.... how rude and unprofessional.... I’ll take my money and my business else where.

Worst place to shop! I made an order 2 weeks in a half prior to my trip thinking my items would arrive before I left, BUT I WAS WRONG! Called customer service but they didn't do anything about it. Will not be ordering things from here anymore!!!

I am saddened to have to do this as I really hoped that Ashley Stewart would come through for us, but "Let the buyer beware!"

Three times I have tried ordering their 'deals' and every time the thing that was to be 'free' or the items that lowered the price were mysteriously out of stock.

Instead of the great deal I should have had, I end up paying an exhorbitant shipping fee and full price for the items. In one case, I paid more for one dress than their shipping order (which is still on the website) said I should have paid for two!

The quality of the few products I've gotten is good, but not worth the price of the item. I would send back the latest fiasco but as I'm leaving the country for two years, it's not worth the effort to return the items and I doubt that they'd refund the money anyway....

Customer service? I've literally spent two hours on the phone and have only spoken with one human and that person fumbled the call. I couldn't even get her name before I was cut off.

I did receive one e-mail from customer service, but it didn't resolve anything. They just affirmed that indeed the item I ordered was no longer in stock.

I've been an Ashley Stewart customers for all of about 3 years. I quickly learned how cheaply made the clothes are. I bought a coat there last year and its not fit to wear this year, the seams to the inside of the coat are frayed down to the coat filling, including the hood! I got a bomber jacket there that doesn't zip and jeans that smell like imitacion designer purses.
Those prices are outrageous for the quality, I'm glad that I didn't pay full price for any of that garbage!

Ashley stewart have some nice clothes but the shoes are ulgy that they have for sale The shoes that they have on with the outfits is the one u should be sale they look much better.

After being a valued customer for over 20 years. I had a late fee and called to have the fee waived as a curteousy, I was advised NO WAIVED FEE-by a rude manager name John. Really??
I value my on time credit history, and I should be rewarded for such. If not I have NO problem with taking my business elsewhere.

I dont like there clothes they are cheaply made and cost to much money. If you buy something online you cant return it to the store, if its a online exclusive what type of mess is that.

I receive the worst customer service in the Lauderhill Ashley Stewart store. Unprofessional I won't be going back there.

I've never had a problem with Ashley Stewart until now. I ordered 2 shirts that did not fit and was told that I couldn't not return them because they were final sale items. I had not problem with that because if that's their policy then so be it. However, I had a problem with them telling me that I can't even exchange the item for something else. I don't think its fair that I pay my bill on time and yet I must be stuck with an item that I can't even exchange because it was a final sale. I think that policy stinks and I will continue to shop at the more iconic retail stores.

I purchased six items from Ashley Stewart online, on 4/6/17, and received them on 4/12/17. I had a problem w/ three of the items being too large; no fault of the theirs. Since I had just purchased several items in the store on 4/10/17, and knew that two of the items that I needed to return were available there, in the size that I needed. I called them, on 4/13/17, in order to find out if I could exchange the items in store, rather than, returning to 'dot com'. After being on hold for over 15 minutes, "Karen" answered (I was on hold for over 10 minutes the first time I called, but had to hang up before I'd reached anyone). I said, "wow, I have been on hold for over 15 minutes", as I was about to finish my statement, "Karen" interrupted and said, "calm down, it used to be 30 minutes! How can I help you?" Mind you I never raised my voice, however, I was, rightfully, upset about my wait time. At that point, I was steaming, and said, "great customer service--no thank you", and hung up, before I'd really said something mean!

I have shopped at Ashley Stewart for years, and love their clothes. I have only had one bad experience, prior to this one, and that was in the store w/ a rude employee, years ago. This particular bad experience has unnerved because, while I am sure Ashley Stewart has a diversity of customers, every time I have gone to any of their stores, the majority of their customers (99 to 100%) have been like me, Black! I am so tired of spending my money and making people rich, and being treated like dirt! I think that this experience has been so upsetting to me because of the recent climate in American... This has prompted me to do what I have felt in my spirit for a few years now, but have been too afraid to do, which is, start my own business! So, for that, I am grateful!

I have been ordering from Ashley Stewart quite frequently and I must say I am in love with the fashions. Whenever I shop at Ashley's, I feel part of the family; there are plenty of choices, many styles of clothing, I enjoy shopping online, it is convient. Ashley Stewart will always have a supporter in me.
