Before you commit to this service be warned they are so sketchy and scam like. The memberships are AUTOMATICALLY RENEWED! It is not stated before purchase, and when you go to cancel service your hit with a cancelation fee of near 500$ there are Alot of hidden fees, I had asked if they connect with android and was told yes. The app is able to download on android. However, the app and device are not compatible. Which is even stated in the app (apple health only) I figured this would be good to cancel then without the massive overpriced fee. Nope fee still applies. Your also supposed to get a coach call monthly guess how many calls ive gotten? Zero. So I would highly advise against the use of this company.

Even after the reply on here with aspect sending the screenshot response to aspect support. Support still says there is a fee of 500 to cancel 😆 yall need to get your facts straight.

I was very enlightened to learn about my blood sugar levels, and what peaks them and learned more about my eating habits and eating healthier

The sensor is water proof, the coach is responsive and gives good feedback, the articles to read are informative. you only get one sensor a month but you need two, I think that should be described more in a more straightforward way.

My coach has made my experience amazing, she encourages me to keep going and celebrate my wins! She has played the biggest role in why I continue with aspect

I tried to call to cancel and was unable to

I was honestly skeptical about Aspect Health after trying so many other programs that just didn't work. I was tired of the crazy restrictive diets. But Aspect gets that everyone's different. It's not a one-size-fits-all thing and that is what I needed. I started feeling more energized. Baby steps but progress.

Dropped the ball left and right with their service. Super deceiving contract they make you sign when you sign up. And then to top it all off they only sent me one month of CGM after that I just only got the sensitive skin patches. Yeah every month they try to charge me $239 like clockwork have sent six emails telling them since they broke contract by not providing the products then they need to cancel my payments. Never a response ever. I’m about to get really angry and luckily my husband is a lawyer because he will take care of this if I ask him too. Super scam

Don’t walk, run away

This company is a scam they do not respond to emails and lure you in with promises then change the script after you pay them. Had to cancel my credit card to keep them out of my account!

Stay away from this company. I ordered a plan with products a month ago and have not received anything. Customer service is not responding to my many requests for updates.

So Im not usually one for these programs but my doc recommended Aspect for pre-diabetes. I was kinda scared tbh but they've made it super easy to understand. No crazy diets just small changes that have made a BIG difference. I feel healthier than I've felt in years!

I feel like this company has so much potential as a woman with PCOS I was so excited to try this out. The only reason the review is so low is the lack of transparency when signing up. They make it seem like you will get the total package with the one payment. They don't tell you upfront you pay a base premium for the service and any meds or equipment are additional. Being upfront about things is always best in my opinion.

Okkay lemme tell ya I was real skeptical bout Aspect Health at first. Seemed like just another one of those online things ya know. But honestly? It's been pretty darn good. The personalized plans are legit and my coach Sarah is super helpful not pushy or anything. My A1C is down which is awesome :)

They draw you in with a small fee, but then say that fee doesn’t include the CGM. Also that small fee is only for the 1st month, not the length you’re signing up for.
Then if you cancel you need to pay a fee to get out of the subscription.

I'm really grateful for the support of Kristina, its's not that easy to find a professional that you actually trust. She helped me to find what triggers my pcos symptoms and get my hormones back on track.

The personalized feedback I receive from my Aspect coach is invaluable. It's not just generic advice; it's tailored to my specific data and needs. This targeted approach makes the program much more effective than anything I've tried before.
