We have used Aspects for several years and not had a problem. Last year the wifi router failed in the apartment. We contacted them, they contacted the owner and a new one arrived a couple of days later as it was over the weekend. We were kept informed and were even given a bottle of prosecco as an apology and they offered to pay for any mobile data charges we incurred. The staff are always friendly and helpful. We're just about to book next year's holiday with them too.

I can't fault them. Holidays in St Ives are expensive, but I believe you get what you pay for. And with Aspects you really do. Attention to detail, genuine investment in your perfect holiday and good customer service- as and when you need them.
Have used this company for years and years and years and will continue to do so!

Easy booking system and look and feel of the site great

Our accommodation was lovely & clean & supplied with everything you could possibly want, complete with spectacular sea view. The only drawback was the road surface to the property as this is in desperate need of resurfacing. The service I received from Aspect Holidays is second to none. Information was provided from day one of booking, during our stay, right through to the end of our holiday. I would highly recommend this company & will use again in the future.

Top service and high quality accommodation

We have been renting through Aspects for many years and have always been well looked after. We tend to stay in the same cottage in St Ives, which the whole family loves. Booking couldn't be easier, the payment plan which the company offers is very helpful, and if there is a problem with the property, it gets dealt with promptly and without fuss. Highly recommended.

Have booked our Cornish holidays through Aspects for a good few years now. The places are always lovely, as advertised and pay process is always easy. Twice we've had to contact them while we've been on holiday( not their fault) and both times they handled it perfectly. Lovely local agents that you can trust and we will always book through them.

From first booking, to getting there and coming home, we were kept informed about everything. What a great apartment it was so clean and everything was there that you needed, and I mean everything. The views are amazing and you are close to many shops and lovely places to eat.

Really super house, 4 Cannery Row for our multigenerational holiday, very clean, lovely decor and the booking, arrival and leaving processes were all seamless!

I was impressed by the fact that when I called the agency from America I immediately got through to a human who was extremely helpful and quick to answer my questions or take a payment. When in Cornwall I received a couple of communications which were very helpful.
