Lot of nice products for astro-fanatic at decent price level, but if you buy something they don't have in stock, prepare for long wait. Customer service more that sad what comes to communication with customer. When you are eventually getting answer, just empty promises. Absolutely sad.. even when I decided to cancel part of the order due long delivery time, I'm still waiting for money payback after 7mnths after order cancellation. They also tried to double charge me of the scope I purchaced without any explanations that why this happened. Luckily I managed to get them to cancell it.

Huono ja hidas asiakaspalvelu. Tuotteita ei kuulu vaikka toimituspäivämäärä ylitetty kuukaudella. Aina vaan sanotaan, että tulossa on. Nyt tilaus on viimein peruutettu. Onneksi ostettu Klarnan kautta, koska voisin olla aika varma, että rahoja ei kuuluisi kovin nopeasti takaisin.

I cancelled an order (because they did not send anything), but I'm waiting for the refund for 5 months already. I send them an e-mail every week for the last months, but no or no satisfactory replies.

Update: I finally got the refund. After 6 months!!

Never ever order here something, no customer service and no money returns. This shop makes me think of OPT.

I didn’t got the ordered product after several month. After canceling my order in May2024, they want to refund my money but I have not received any money up to now. They always mailed me that they have problems with staff, holiday and other things….where is the problem to refund money when paid with Paypal? This is fraudulent behavior! Don’t order anything from them….you waste your money

Far longer waiting tome than agreed. After i cancelled the order the refund of more than 2.000€ was held back for more than 3 months and was not yet paid.

Har bestilt et kamera her fra. Foreløpig ventet 2 måneder. Svarer ikke på henvendelser på mail eller på kontaktskjema. Tracking oppdateres ikke. Anbefales overhodet ikke.

I was waiting for over half a year for my product. At the beginning they told me that it will arrive in the next week, but after a while they got quiet. I still didn't get my money back. If you don't want to waste your money: use another shop!

Jag har handlat flera gånger härifrån och alltid varit nöjd med både kommunikation och leveranstid men nu verkar något ha hänt.

Mailsvar tar lång tid, besked om beställningar tar evigheter och dom verkar ha fått problem med leveranser som flyttas fram och skjuts upp utan att man får något besked.

Handlar någon annan stans från och med nu med tydligare svar och leveranser.

Huonoin asiakaspalvelu ikinä. Yritin tavoitella lähes kahden viikon ajan puhelimitse, sähköpostitse ja tekstiviestitse, mutta en saanut minkään näköistä vastausta. Yrityksen työntekijät olivat kuulemma ”kipeinä”. Silti eri sosiaalisen medioiden alustoille tuli lähes päivittäin sisältöä. En suosittele kenellekään tilaamaan tuolta. Todennäköisesti toimituksessa kestää kuukausitolkulla, eikä siitä informoida mitään.

Absolutely horrible experience. Promised ~6 weeks delivery time but after 3 month still waiting. Dodging my calls, taking time with email replies and always false promises, "next week"... Yeah sure. When I wanted to cancel the order because nothing seemed to happen the way it was promised, they first said I couldn't. Had to involve a lawyer to remind them of laws and terms and conditions..

Not at all a unique case either, Finnish forums are full of the exact same experiences. Very unsustainable way to run a business. Still waiting for them to get back to me by the way.
