After reading reviews, I was also worried if my package will be delivered on time even requested seller to change courier service but was told they deliver on time and to my surprise my package was delivered within 4 days from India to USA. Thankyou Atlantic international courier .

It has been 25 days of waiting and still in dilemma, whether this waiting will take 125 days or 225 days or how many days???

23 Kgs of my goods were picked by these guys to deliver from India to Australia and i had paid 18,400 INR. I have been waiting to receive it in Sydney (Australia) but on 26 April received call from other customer from New Zealand that my parcel is delivered since then my task is to call in morning and response is i will get update by evening and in evening nobody picks call.

I was facing challenge in Australia without my stuff and that is why paid for courier service but kind of harassment i am going through, I think, it would have been better to donate these stuff in India and use 18,400 INR in buying new items in Australia instead of paying to courier service.

This is the worst courier service i have ever seen in my entire life specially for Canada. My parents parcel me some stuff and i have never got the parcel since yet. It has been already 3 months but no updates. I tried emails, calls everything but they just says item is in custom clearance. But never got proper response. I would never recommend anyone to use this international courier service.

I sent a parcel from Hyderabad, India to UAE and my experience has nor been great.
- They are not transparent about their charges and at the time of delivery, ask for extra charges that need to be paid for custom clearance without which the parcel will not be delivered.
- They sent a packer, Damu, to my house to pack the items and he packed them recklessly, refusing to listen to me when I interjected. On receiving the parcel, I noticed that the boxes had been repackaged in the worst possible form because of which a lot of damage has occurred to expensive items that I owned. I believe when they promise to pack items in front of me and send it as it is, they should have informed me when they repackaged the items.
- They refuse to take ownership of their mistakes and refused to answer my calls or texts when I reached out to them.

All in all, please use another service. This is not worth it.

Worst courier service, it took 1 month to deliver from Mumbai to Denmark, customer service is really bad ( called many times, we will check the status but never check), no response, no update. I wont recommmend this courier service at all.

Worst courier service ever!!!!! Never send through these guys. I have arranged to send a parcel and it was picked up and send properly but when it reached here in Australia many items were damaged. When I complained to the team they are now saying that the company doesn’t take responsibility of broken items. So after paying so much money if they can’t take responsibility or items to deliver then why do they run a company like this. On the contrary when I called customer service they hung up on me very rudely. There is no option for zero star else I would have given then zero star.

I have ordered a parcel on the 11th of january and it was transported via Atlantic Courier. In the beginning we received accurate updates but when it came to custom clearance we saw that the package has been send back to a warehouse in London... When I mailed them about my situation they told me that it has indeed been send back to their warehouse and that I need to pay extra charges so that they can resend the parcel... Why should I pay for THEIR mistake !?!? It is their responsibility to send the package to me! The audacity... unbelievable!

I’ve had the worst experience sending my parcel from Punjab to United Kingdom It was sitting at the Delhi airport for 25 days, and these guys kept lying that the parcel has reached United Kingdom and that it is stuck in the clearance process. They won’t update the status so there’s no way you can track the courier right away. The so called ‘madam’ who handles it all is never available or will do everything in her power to dodge your calls. It’s been 12 days I have sent my parcel and I have no idea where it is right now. The company who they claimed handles their delivery service in Uk doesn’t recognise their company, let alone be tracing the parcel through any numbers. I have wasted 15k Rupees, save yourself from the disappointment and heartbreak.
