Avoid if possible. They visited my place twice. D see spending 4-6 hrs per visits, digging 2 trenches to locate my pipe but not the leak. To be fair they did make good the trenches they dug. Initially they were instructed via my insurance company. When my insurance company chose not to honour the claim. Auger refused to quote me privately for the job, either suggesting they didn’t want it or were unable to carry it out, they would clarify which when asked. Unfortunately it has wasted 2 months of my time and I am no closer to having the leak fixed.

Communication was excellent, operatives extremely punctual and the quality of the work was very good even in highly adverse weather conditions.

Very polite and helpful workmen and overall a very knowledgable team.

The two guy that was doing the repair job at the house were very good and professional at there job , they did outstanding job and left the area just how it was at the start, they fitted a new inspection man hole cover and it blended in the shrub are just fine . The two guys were from the west coast of scotland top blokes.

All work carried out to a good professional standard by polite and knowledgeable workers.

The original repair for a collapsed drain went fine and took 5 working days (2 more than they originally stated}, but then it all went downhill!

Auger left the drive dug up and had not replaced the original paving slabs. It took 7 days to get someone back out and when they had finished it, it was a disgrace.
A flag broken, 5 flags raised with sharp edges and 2 with huge holes down the sides.
After complaining Auger sent out another guy to repair the damage that the 1st two left, he did a good job, but it has taken 4 weeks and 2 days.

It is 2 days later, after being informed 3 times from Auger that the skip on the drive would be picked up. Still hasn't been collected, so I called the skip company today, to ask why and they informed me Auger had not instructed them to collect it.

It has been nearly 5 weeks with a skip on our drive and I am still being told they do not know when it will be collected.

Not great service and I would not recommend them to anyone!

All the people that came to our house to find and repair the water leak were very kind and considerate at all times.

The team were brilliant from start to finish, had to come back a second time not once was it a struggle for them.The workmen , customer service team went above and beyond👏❤️

I had a drain blockage which caused contaminated water to flow in the house. The agent on the phone calmly and reassuringly informed me of the steps to be taken and swiftly found an engineer to attend.
On site, the engineer was professional, friendly and respectful of my property, and soon was able to assure (and show via camera) me that the blockage has dispersed.

From start to finish, the help and support we have received have been first-class.
We are both elderly and have disabilities and I can only say how wonderfully we were helped and supported from start to finish.

I had a leak underneath my garage and Auger attended on behalf of my insurance company. They had to do a complete reroute which involved a lot of digging. Colin and Kevin were absolutely marvellous, reassured me and explained exactly what was going to happen. A two day job that was carried out safely and professionally. Communication was great from the beginning and quality of works were 10/10. Comes with a 10 year Drainshield guarantee for peace of mind but I can't see any workmanship or materials failing anytime soon
