Ordered a bunch of paints and waited several weeks. Absolutely no response or updates from PC Market. I had to reach out to them for an update. They said most of my order is here except for a few items that they're expecting in. Several more weeks pass with Absolutely no communication from them.

I have had to facilitate ALL communication and updates.

Extremely poor customer service with totally inaccurate shipping times as promised on their site.

I wouldn't buy from them again based on this first and only experience.

We have placed 3 separate orders for different products since mid-January, each about 10 days apart. Each order has been refunded and every time they claim that another person purchased their last remaining stocks seconds before I did. That's 3 out of 3 orders. These guys are so dodgy, the always cancel orders where they have special prices but never when they are charging market prices. Funny that. We will never be buying from them again, and I suggest no one ever should. I will be happy to pay 5% more and not have to re-order everything. On one order they asked if i wanted to buy the item again at a higher price so obviously they had stock but they are trying to game the system by getting customers to their site with good prices so the list on Google then not providing those specials, but still being able to supply anything you order that's not on sale. Below is what they sent, word for word exactly on every cancelled order so its clearly an automated cookie cutter response.

"Dear Customer Unfortunately, an order placed moments before yours has allocated our last remaining stock of this product. As we're unable to fulfill your order we have issued you with a refund. Our apologies for the inconvenience caused. Kind Regards, Aus Pc Market."

Ordered a router at the end of November, received shipping notifications, then didn't hear anything. Tried using the online forms for contact and RMA, nothing. Tried calling, got a short message saying to email them then 5 minutes of silence before being hung up on. The only way to get a response was to email sales and they "refunded" the order, clearly the shipping notifications were a lie, and I'm sceptical about the refund actually making it back to me. Do not deal with this company! Update: Finally got the refund after harassing them.
