I would have given a zero star if I could. Very prompt issue of invoice and then nothing further.No confirmation of payment and no sign of the goods ordered. Had to make a phone call after waiting for two months, and no response to my emails, and was assured that I would be refunded the money paid because they were out of stock. But nothing so far. I wish I had read the reviews earlier. Totally untrustworthy and can only surmise that this is a scammer.

I ordered a new coin on the 31/7/25 the money came out of my account and still have not received any email confirmation of sales I sent number of email asking about the issue and trying ring them up with no luck and left messages etc still no response they're looking like a scammer website.

The price jumped up $104 from the original price for the Torres Strait islander combo seems to me that as a collector I’m still getting ripped off so I won’t be buying from them again 😡 boycott this kinda 💩

Very disappointing experience. The service was unprofessional, and the business did not deliver as promised. Communication was poor, and overall, I found the dealer to be unreliable. I would not recommend buying from this seller.

Paid express shipping, the order didn’t ship for a full week - despite me sending them an email at the end of the first business day after the order was placed (and MIA) asking them to cancel it. So, they’ve ignored this request, waited a full week, packed the order anyway and then claimed a restocking fee. Modern day grifters and nothing more. Oh, and don’t bother trying to call these clowns, both their listed numbers are always off.

I ordered (2) 2024 Australian wedge tailed eagle 10 oz coins. Each at the amount of $445. They were supposed to be pre-order. I waited 4 months and no reply. Finally after a month of numerous emails Catherine finally replied that they were having shipping delays.I gave her 2 more months and back to no reply. Now I'm at 10 months of no reply. This company has $900 of my funds I cannot retrieve.

My experience with this business has been extremely disappointing. I placed an order for a single item and was provided with an ETA of 30 Jan. After receiving no delivery or correspondence I sent an equiry by email on 11 Feb; to which I have not received a reply to. I placed multiple calls on 15 Feb none of which were answered. I was contacted on 15 Feb and requested a refund - I subsequently was refunded an amount different from my original order amount (not in my favour) with the original invoice having been amended to reflect a different amount. Subsequent attempts to contact this business by phone and email have gone unanswered and it has now been over 8 weeks.

I would describe this as unprofessional at best. At the time of writing this review the banner at the top of the company's website says that orders will be dispatched from their warehouse the next day and delays are due to delivery partners. I would not recommend this business at all - there was never any attempt to deliver my item, a lack of communication, I have thus far been unable to recover the money I paid to them or get in contact with them by any means available on their website.

This is not a reputable business, they do not answer customer calls, they do not deal professional financially and they do not act with integrity. My strong recommendation is to not purchase from this business. I am frustrated and out of pocket.
