2 orders. Each time the site confirmed fitment and compatibility for my A6 Avant.

Each time they sent me a sedan tail light. Their own website is inaccurate with part fitment and they are calling my pictures, proof that there are different tail lights for the sedan and wagon version as "opinions".

They turned off their livechat after that and have not responded to my email requests and requests for callback at all.

Avoid this company, they can't even get part fitment and compatibility correct.

Good parts and prices, not so great at customer service

Updating review: About 1/3 of my order was "missing." It did not arrive. It was marked delivered by Autohaus and Fed-Ex. Because they ship from multiple warehouses and their systems aren't great they had no way of knowing whether it was delivered, lost, and neither did Fed-Ex.

Autohaus does not answer their phone, they do not communicate well or in a timely manner. After several days and multiple inquiries they basically told me "we'll have Fed-Ex look into it" and asked me to "look around my property for the missing box" which was never shipped, because Fed-Ex never got it. I called Fed-Ex and they had no idea either.

Multiple days go by, and the box randomly showed up with the remainder of my order. Who knows.

Shipped parts i didn't need.

They added other parts to my order (2 oil filters) that I didn't authorized. PayPal said to contact this seller directly to resolve the problem. I sent them an email and got no response. After reading the other reviews, it seems that the shipping department isn't really concerned over the quality of the products going out. I will avoid this seller and give my business to more reputable businesses that sell these parts. Avoid this business, they may get a few orders right, but they are not reliable according to other reviews.

Disappointed and Out Money Due to Their Mistake

I’m very disappointed with my experience ordering a car part from this company. I provided the VIN number to make sure I received the correct part, but they still sent me the wrong one. On top of that, I had to pay for shipping and insurance out of my own pocket to return the incorrect part — even though it was their mistake. That ended up being a loss for me. To make matters worse, it took 10 days after they received the return for the refund to finally show up on my credit card. Overall, this was a frustrating and costly experience, and I expected much better service and accountability.

They didn't have the part so they…

They didn't have the part so they canceled my order now they're keeping my money for several days and I'm trying to get it back immediately they told me the bank would process it in 4 days well I called my bank and they said no they would process it as soon as they got it back from them so they're lying to me. That's why this company doesn't have phone number or able to call back because they rob people.

A Very Disappointed Customer…

AVOID AUTOHAUS AZ!

The customer service is “POOR” at best!
This had been the first order I had ever placed with AutohausAz. I had decided to stray from my regular trustworthy go to retailers on this transaction because AutohausAz claimed to have everything I needed to fulfill my order.

On two occasions I attempted to order rotors & pads for my BMW M5. In both instances my order was placed & confirmed but I never received the parts. And In both instances the transaction even appears on my credit card account. Instead I received a general BS e-mail reply claiming they couldn’t verify information. When contacted to find out what the issue was, I received a general BS auto reply and no further communication after that. In this day and age of online retailers, customer service is “EVERYTHING” and I mean “EVERYTHING”! … Companies like FCP Euro , ECS Tuning & Turner Motorsport have a deep understanding of this concept and have exceptional customer service. AutohausAz however, does not!

I have purchased parts from FCP, ECS & Turner over the years and they are top quality alternatives with “great” customer service and hassle free transactions. These retailers obviously take a page from the playbooks of successful retailers with exceptional customer service (Amazon, Chewy, Zappos etc.). I will be returning to my trustworthy go to on-line Auto parts retailers for I know I can always rely on them.

On a final note… When faced with incompetent people or business, a mentor of mine use to say (with the most cocky grin on his face) “it will all just work it self out” and it always did.

AUTOHAUS Az is responsible for its own demise.

Damaged Porsche Trim

Received Porsche trim damaged. AutohausAZ quickly replied to my email and offered refund or new trim. I elected new trim which I received within 2 days. Great customer service.

Price and initial delivery was great. Follow-up really, really bad

Price and initial delivery was great. But one wrong part was sent. I informed Autohausaz immediately and heard nothing. I informed them again, they apologized and they said they would be in contact. Nothing… I sent another email. Nothing….Mistakes are made and most consumers accept that fact. When a mistake is made, the integrity of the company or customer is determined by the response. Autohausaz is currently a zero(0)

A great selection of parts

A great selection of parts, including many OEM Mercedes Benz items, at great prices. Their website can be a bit intimidating, and actually talking with someone can be a bit of a challenge.

Stay away from this Company.

Stay away from this Company.
I bought two items, got only one correct, the other was wrong and I returned it immediately. When i request them to send me the right part the started playing dumb. Still not resolved

No confirmation....no parts...bogus

Placed an order yesterday....no confirmatiion message just a PayPal refund :-).... They seem to be one of those parts resellers who list items for sale as "in stock" when they actually stock no items. I wouldn't waste your time with this seller. Seems to be more of these fake parts sellers popping up these days

It's been a few years since I ordered…

It's been a few years since I ordered from autohaus AZ the last experience I had with them was disappointing.

Let's give these guys another chance place another order never received any tracking information couple days later email the company ask for tracking info never hear back parts arrive 6 days after their ordered some of the parts were clearly used boxes were ripped and tip of one of coil pack clearly looks cracked. Other items definitely not right. Air filter was nowhere near OEM quality seem like a cheap knockoff part. Very disappointing still waiting to hear back from autohaus AZ about this order. Really disappointing that they're online chat does not work and there's no way to contact anybody in real time much less two or three day response.

OEM Replacement Parts

Purchased OEM replacement parts at a reasonable price and prompt shipping. Downgraded one star because chat responder took twenty minutes or longer to come on-line and reply to a question. Responder did apologize but, by that time, I had ready placed the order.

Order several parts (one hard to find)…

Order several parts (one hard to find) at good prices. One part was missing, Things happen over Holiday season. Contacted customer service and Aaron responded at fixed the problem fairly quickly. Would certainly deal with them again.

Terrible company to deal with

Terrible company to deal with. Sent wrong parts, would not refund return. Customer experience poor, said they would call to follow-up and never did. Hundreds of better parts companies to deal with. Avoid these folks.

Ships in 1-2 days...more like 1-2 weeks.

All of their products state "Leaves warehouse in 1-2 days." I haven't had a single order leave the warehouse in 1-2 days. Weeks will go by without hearing anything. They state they have a customer support chat with BS hours. They're never online. They offer a BS phone number that doesn't connect you to anyone. Now I have no way of canceling my order that should have been here a week ago. Never again.
