quickly realised the new tool is a lemon the old blue box is good but too good for them to make money, so the usefulness got gradually watered down and functions erased.
tech support made to develop quick fixes not actual diagnostic support and make themselves obsolete so it can be all in the cloud.
so many staff have jumped ship and will continue. AU support has dropped from 5 techs to 1 and the sales have stopped.
don't buy a lemon ! theres plenty of other tools giving the same without the huge expense and shaky promises

we have used auto logic for twelve years had a big dip in service for the 2 years it was owned by book keepers. after the take over by opus group the only way is up again.service is very good.Back to normal
