VARNING!
Trots att jag sagt upp avtalet så vägrar deras kundtjänstmedarbetare att lämna ut vilken adress jag ska skicka tillbaka hårdvaran. Killen sitter och flinar i telefonen och är riktigt dryg och otrevlig. Ett samtal som hade kunnat ta en minut tog 30 minuter för att jag gav upp. Nu har jag mejlat. Jag kommer bestrida alla fakturor från dem och det kan ni också göra om ni blir drabbade av samma sak.

kilometer/ mile rapport stämde inte alls med enhet och bilen, trots att komtaktade med kundtjanst. Vi bestämde oss inte fortsätta vidare. vi säger upp tjänsten efter otta månader vi fått faktura från profina inkasso kapital 3300

Jättetrevlig kundservice som svarar snabbt på mail och löser enkelt. Produkten funkar bra, företagen jag jobbar på har haft detta ett par år nu. Tack!

Produkten är helt ok, men när man säger upp tjänsten så fortsätter de skicka fakturor, trots bekräftat uppsägning kommer fakturorna... vid invändan skickas detta vidare till inkasso. ANVÄND ANDRA TJÄNSTER T.EX ABAX. Har polisanmält företaget för bedrägeri.

customer service is absolutely horrendous, they claim you can easily reach them through chat....that was 10 months ago!!! and i recently tried again 1 month ago...they simply ignore their customers. the batteries in their devices are not reliable and they send out updates that i suspect change how the system reads the battery level....meaning batteries actual level might be like 70% but the system displays it as 100% too hide the fact their batteries suck. and if that wasn't enough the gps accuracy is not always accurate....most days my classic car shows it's location as being 2 blocks away from it's actual position....not good if it ever gets stollen!!

Our company has been working with Automile for almost two years now. Whenever we've got an issue, there were someone from the team to help us solve it, in a timely manner and with an excellent answer or solution (to be fair - the issues were mainly user problems from our side, not with the application or devices themselves).

Lately I've been working quite a lot with Henry, as our Key Account Manager and Douglas, as the technical expert beside him, to redesign our fleet and optimise the usage of Automile for our company. I've rarely experienced such a friendly, competent and excellent account management and customer service.
It's always a pleasure working with them and the whole team.

The app itself is user friendly and the admin can also work their way around easily. After trying different tools for fleet management, I can only recommend Automile as a perfect solution for anyone with a fleet.

Very reliable product. I use the tracker devise on my dump trailer. As soon as that trailer is moved from it’s location, I get an alert. Also a great way to track when my work crew when their using the trailer. Price is also very reasonable. Highly recommended product,

The device sells itself once someone has tried it. The after sale support has been superb. I made a call was to purchase a second unit. The phone conversation was excellent with time taken to check I was going with the right system for my needs. Thankyou
