Got the wrong part twice, second time part in bad condition with dirt inside. Also told me I needed to send first order back before second would be shipped, but never sent the return label as they said they would. Did not send second part until I called and asked about return label for THIRD time. Not very good customer service.

My reconditioned radio was in good working order. It arrived when promised and was packed securely. The price was very reasonable.

Ordered a part, paid for it, spoke with customer service and arranged for delivery to a commercial address at their request. A day later I receive an email they were out of stock, their database said 3 in stock....they did refund my money but a lot of unnecessary hassle when all they had to do was keep their inventory straight.

Ease of ordering and shipping were fine. Item description was inaccurate and i would have never placed the order if i knew. Now i have a useless item collecting dust.

The first part, ABS Module, was defective but a replacement was sent at no charge...pronto. The replacement was good.

Bought a rear door for a Chevy van. It arrived with a few dents that were not mentioned.

The ordering process, shipping times, and prices were all good. The real problem was customer service. I had to cancel my order, and did so more than an hour before it actually shipped. Somehow communication broke down within their shipping department, because it still shipped. When I reached out for an explanation and seeking to refuse/return the shipment, I was informed I would only receive a partial refund. It took a full day, between a dozen emails and calls with documentation to prove that the error was on their side. They finally "found" my original cancellation email (why didn't they just look the first time I asked???), which proved beyond doubt that I had cancelled prior to shipment. They did send me a prepaid return shipping label, and I was able to do the return. They have promised me a full refund - let's hope it comes through.
