Called into the BandG autotech garage today to ask advice as yesterday we were trying to tighten the the locking nut on the battery bracket and unfortunately dropped the tool we were using into the bottom of the engine compartment after many attempts we failed to extract it,I was greeted at the door by Barry and I explained the situation to him saying just wondered if he new any hidden areas where it could be hidden and could he help me Barry then freed up a ramp for me and started to remove things so as to get better access and after searching all the areas for a good while said there was nothing found and thought I may have shaken it out whilst driving to the garage but he decided to give it one last look and fount the missing tool lodged deep in the bottom of the engine compartment,everything was then replaced thank you BandG autotechs once again.
We have used this garage for repairs MOTs and services for a good few years and would highly recommend them

Great service and communication and very personable people.
My car is as good as new after being reversed into at traffic lights (the driver of the truck said he was sure he was in first gear but was actually in reverse).

A completely painless procedure from start to finish. Starting from the knowledgable, helpful, professional and extremely pleasant Customer Service Department. The lovely Daniella and Kerry just took control of what was going to happen. I had no worries as to what was going to happen.

They telephoned me after a few days to inform me what day they believe the car to be ready for collection. I also had updates in the following days.

My car was repaired ahead of schedule and looked perfect plus the repair is guaranteed for 5 years. This is the lovely touch, it was handed back shiny after being cleaned.
