Matt and Tom made it so easy to purchase a well loved and prepped to a high standard Audi S3. I had no doubt it was going to be great. Constant replies to my over baring emails. Car was prepped and ready on the day we arranged for collection. Highly recommended. My second purchase from this company and plan plenty more.

Spoke to the staff once I had paid my deposit, I wanted my car delivered to me which they said was fine. I arranged and paid a company to collect my car and deliver to me. I live in the North East and it's over 200 miles away from the dealers. I was then informed it's company policy that the owner has to collect the car, so I had to book a train which cost me over £100 pound as it was short notice. I was told that due to the inconvenience of everything they would put fuel in the car as I would have to drive it all the way back to the north east. They DID pick me up from the train station which was appreciated. I noticed there were 2 chips in the windscreen which I was told "ah £20 and you can get that sorted" me personally I would of preferred if they had sorted it before I came to collect, this is not a cheap car by the way it's costing me a lot. Then the offer of petrol was £20 again I was expecting a lot more than that as I had spent a lot coming down all the hassle of unbooking a firm to collect my car and losing 12hours of my time that I had arranged to do other things with. Anyways I get the car home and give them there due, the car apart from the chips in the windscreen is amazing and everything I wanted. However checking all the car details today and the car is showing as untaxed. I speak to the firm who assure me that it was done at the post office and they will send me a picture of the receipt. No picture came through and I sent them a screenshot of my chat with DVLA it had not been done so for a week my car was untaxed. I was assured the person who dealt with all that was thorough and it had definitely been done. Then I get a message saying sorry. Sorry is not good enough what would happen if I had been caught driving an untaxed vehicle. 100% would not deal with this company again. I have just read the reply and would like to say that that it may be company policy for customers to collect their cars in person, I have zero problem with that. What bothered me was being told that I could have my car collected, then I sorted out and paid for that and then 2 days before my car was supposed to be collected I am then told I cannot do that. As for the fuel that was not a goodwill gesture for the chips in the windscreen that was supposed to be for all that had happened as mentioned above and to be honest £20 was not much of a goodwill gesture. As for the tax, yes it is the owners responsibility, however when I fill in the forms and you say that you are sorting that and going to the post office I expect that to happen it's not very professional to say you are doing something and then not do it. Then when I message and ask if it has been taxed you ASSURED me that it had and said you will send a picture of the receipt. When no picture is sent and then I send a picture of my chat with DVLA you guys backtrack and say that it hasn't been done. Again very unprofessional

Tom was very helpful. He helped me realise that the car I was saying was not the best car for my needs and find me a car which was much more suitable. The company seems very transparent from start to finish. He was extremely helpful kept me informed all the way through as a woman gave me confidence, thank you, Tom

Tom was very helpful, friendly and honest from the beginning. Went above and beyond to make sure the car was handed over on the day I said I needed the car by. Over the moon with the car as well. Would definitely buy another car from auto trade southwest.

Tom was knowledgeable. Professional and a pleasure to do business with from my first phone call to buying the car today . He has excellent customer skills and is a credit to his employers. Tom is very customer focused everything he promised was done . I would not hesitate in recommending auto trade southwest .

Tom made us feel at ease the moment we arrived. He introduced himself then left us to browse the cars. He returned to us a bit later and talked to us in detail about the car we were interested in. Upon deciding we wanted it, the entire experience was smooth and uneventful. Shout out to Matt, the GM, who was equally as informative and helped us with the process. Thank you both. We bought a car from auto trade south west yesterday and can't fault the service. We were looked after by Lia brilliantly, being on hand to answer any questions and giving us plenty of time to look around the car. They're generous with their test drives and were happy for us to take it out without a sales person with us telling us where to go which was a nice change. I drove the car for 2.5 hours home and so far it's absolutely how I'd expect it to be and can't fault it. There is a smallish admin fee with the car sales which I didn't see on the auto trader advert or on their website so just something to be aware of. Great service, thank you.

I didn't end up actually buying a car from them but just wanted to say that they were very helpful especially as the car I looked at was at the low end price of their stock.
The only reason I didn't buy the car was due it not having a particular feature I wanted otherwise it was immaculate and sensibly priced

Tom was handling my car and the car was in top condition, very well spoken and polite and showed me through everything, would recommend and would deal with them again in the future

Walked around for a while trying to find the car they had advertised online, in the end we had to ask for help as no one was even taking any notice of us.

Turns out they sold it and didn’t take it off the website however what annoyed us more was the lack of customer experience the young lad acted like he didn’t even want to sell us a car he didn’t even ask us what we had to spend what type of car we wanted which is a shame as one of them we were looking at was pricey.

Also all the cars were super dirty I appreciate we are in an out of rain but almost everyone had dust and rubbish over not what you expect to see in a car sales place to be honest.
