I have used Avery for years and have always received quick and efficient service. It's just a shame that you don't sell this particular label on Amazon - 51mm round, as I can find other Avery labels... Ver más

Very happy with the label but could not understand why the package was not delivered to my home address so I had to go and collect it.

ordered paper labels instead of plastic by mistake at 11pm the night before and immediately emailed to cancel, they didn't read the email until end of next day and said nothing they can now do as it had been printed. why does it take you a whole day to read emails? even though there is no way to cancel the order from the confirmation email. I told them I would pay extra to just redo them on plastic they refused, even after I said I cannot use paper labels
if I could of cancelled I would have but there isn't an option so you just email and they ignore it.

I apologise that we were unable to cancel your order for you to place a new one. Our production facility operates early to ensure that all jobs are printed promptly for the day. We respond to emails as quickly as possible and did reply to your email within 12 hours, which is a reasonable timeframe. Unfortunately, we do not have the option to cancel orders due to the fast service our customers expect and that we pride ourselves on, as mentioned in our FAQs online.
I am very pleased with Avery because I trust them with my work.
I am very pleased with Avery because they did a professional job, very quickly and posted it quickly and safely back to me.

Paper fine but online app doesn't work
Sticker paper was fine but it does not work with the online Avery printing service so pointless. No matter how we positioned the image it would not align with the stickers so not only did we waste loads of pages, we never got the sticker we required.
