I genuinely cannot say enough good things about Vintage Fit. From the quality of the clothing to the actual fit itself, you can immediately tell this is a brand created with a real understanding and appreciation of women’s bodies. Everything hugs and drapes in the right places without ever feeling cheap, uncomfortable or overly trend-chasing. The cuts are incredibly flattering, feminine and confidence-boosting in a way that is actually quite rare now.

The quality honestly shocked me when my first order arrived. The materials feel substantial, luxurious and genuinely well made : not fast fashion pretending to be premium. I have completely made their knit tracksuits my uniform at this point, and what impresses me most is that no matter how many times you wash them, they still hold their shape, softness and structure beautifully. That is so rare now. Nothing feels flimsy or disposable. Every piece feels like it was made with actual care.

I live in the UK and my delivery was literally next day, which I was so impressed by considering how elevated the packaging and overall experience felt. Customer service was also amazing ,
responsive, kind and genuinely helpful, which makes such a difference when shopping online.

And honestly, anyone paying attention can see what’s happening with the negative reviews. There seems to be one person repeatedly committed to trying to discredit the brand every few months, which is honestly just sad at this point. But the real customers know the truth. Anyone who has actually bought from Vintage Fit can immediately see the quality, consistency and passion behind the business. The reputation they’ve built speaks for itself.

This is genuinely one of the best fashion brands in the UK right now in terms of fit, quality, femininity and overall customer experience. You can feel the love and dedication behind every piece.

Amazing quality

I’m really disappointed with my experience. When I placed my order, the delivery dispatch time clearly stated January (I have a screenshot to confirm this).

When I followed up, I was then told it was actually scheduled for the following month, despite the evidence provided. I accepted this and waited an additional month, only for my order to be cancelled with no explanation.

The lack of communication and poor customer service throughout has been extremely frustrating.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE
Although they have very good marketing techniques and make the clothes look good the quality does not match the price at all. Zips are very cheaply made fabric is cheaply made. Prices are extortionate for what it is.

I ordered 2 things from this brand (total $220) and it was part of a pre order selection meaning (as it was mentioned) that the delivery process would begin 2 weeks later. I was okay with that considering that it would take a month or so. 1 month and a half later my order is nowhere to be found and I get sent a message that my order is stuck on customs and the store needs to give away a specific code for the order to enter the country. I communicate with the brand and they did not offer any solutions. They were very argumentative and I’m being nice here. I was so disappointed. They told me that if the order comes back I will be refunded. I was like what about my order? Anyways since 2 months have gone by at that point I was like okay whatever. Another month goes by and even tho they emailed me telling me that the second the parcel gets back I will be immediately refunded they never responded back to my follow up emails that I sent because another month had gone by and I hadn’t received any form of compensation. The brand ignored me completely. I filed a dispute with my bank and got my refund. My bank tried calling them and they ignored the calls and then after I received my refund they had the AUDACITY to challenge it and ask for their money back??? I emailed them again and got ignored again. Obviously my bank arranged it and I got my refund but definitely not thanks to this scamming company. I’m really ashamed for them and I am urging everyone here to boycott this brand. They are thieves and they will only respond to you if you make a public complaint on social media. I would rate them 0 but unfortunately it isn’t an option.
Just FYI for anyone reading this, the company's response is a lie and they did not respond to all subsequent communications. I would share the emails but this is far back and honestly I am not in the mood to make this a bigger issue. As a working person I was just really upset that I payed for something and it never came and when I asked for a refund I was told to wait and then months later I issued one and the company tried to cancel it. Of course they did not succeed. The rest is bs. Thank god for revolute. Have a nice day and do not order from this brand. Great designs but a scam.
