Ordered a cable adaptor before reading these reviews and became somewhat concerned because after 10 days I had not received notification of despatch or a reply to the couple of emails I sent enquiring about progress.
I was just about to cancel the order when the adaptor arrived in the post (from Sweden).
So it’s 3 stars for fulfilling the order and 2 stars docked for not advising about despatch or progress.

Can only speak of my own experience with AV Shop. I Ordered a Fiio M7 online before reading the reviews here so was a little concerned. But the item was received within four days of ordering and it was well packaged and in excellent condition.

Ordered a FIIO DAC from this company on express next day delivery which never arrived. The vendor failed to give me any tracking info after repeated attempts to contact them. As of over a month after ordering the product I have still not been issued a refund. I am currently having to wait on a PayPal claim to resolve this. Avoid.

I ordered a digital music player and paid £280 plus postage for a tracked delivery. After a few days, with no tracking info from a courier, I contacted AV SHOP customer services, asking when I could expect the item to be shipped. They replied the same day stating that my order “should be dispatched today” It was not. I contacted them the following day, asking for their progress - they did not reply. I messaged them again the same day, stating that they could send me some tracking information, or cancel the order, - again no answer. My 3rd message that day was to simply ask for a full refund - again no answer. Is this company operating from Fairyland? I wonder . . .

UPDATE - Eventually, after a few days of refusing to communicate, and causing me some stress, they did give me a full refund.

I ordered before reading the reviews here so was a little nervous but the item is good and customer service when I emailed was also good. One thing to note is that because of the global supply chain issues my order was shipped from Sweden which wasn't clear on the site, but other than that, all good!!

I ordered a replacement headphone cable. They took payment straight away but did not fulfill the order nor respond to any emails or attempts to contact them. I had to initiate a chargeback on my credit card.

Be warned.

I believe the shop is actually called AV-Shop and states it is the Official reseller of FiiO audio products. My order and payment was acknowledged but after 3 weeks, not dispatched and no replies to emails. I have lodged a claim through PayPal from which I see my payment was made to OPPO Electronics Limited. A search on Companies House website of OPPO Electronics Ltd reveals an active proposal to strike the company off (as at 27 Dec 2020)
