DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I made an order over a week ago and have emailed twice with no response, I’m now going through the process of getting my refund through my credit card company.

Stay well clear, zero communication they just take your money and then you never hear from them.

SCAM! They do not reply to emails. They have sent me the complete wrong order/size. Chargeback done with bank. AVOID!!!!!!

Avoid this company at all costs. They sent me the wrong item and completely failed to take responsibility. Their website promises an “easy return process,” but that is nothing more than false advertising. I’ve been ignored despite multiple attempts to contact them.

This is their mistake, yet they show zero accountability and no customer service at all. Truly unprofessional and dishonest – I feel scammed. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

This company are a scam. Really poor quality item for the price, doesn't look like the picture on the website. Tried to return and the live chat and emails get no response. Given up trying to hear back from them. It's a clue that there is no contact telephone number because it would be very busy with complaints!!!

Very poor service. Sent me the wrong size. Have tried to make contact through the website chat and by email on numerous occasions but have had no response. I have sent the booties back at my own expense but have not been refunded at all. Don’t buy from this company. Seems like a scam.

I recently purchased a pair of babooties for my 1-year-old and the sizing was unfortunately too small. I contacted customer service multiple times through their online chat and via email to request a return and refund, but I have yet to receive any response.

The lack of communication and disregard for customer concerns is extremely frustrating. I expected better from this company, especially when it comes to something as basic as handling a return. I still haven’t received any instructions on how to return the product, let alone any acknowledgment of my issue.

This experience has been a huge letdown, and I would caution others to think twice before purchasing from Babooties!

My order never arrived, it’s now been over 6 weeks. The tracking link simply says Evri is expecting the parcel so it seems it was never sent! And despite 3 emails to customer services I have not heard anything back. I have had to raise a dispute with my bank over the transaction as it seems impossible to get hold of anyone there for a refund.

This company is a scam do NOT buy from them. They say on their website that they accept returns and issue refunds (you have to pay for postage to send the shoes back). I returned the shoes I bought from them as they didn’t fit but STILL haven’t received a refund (3 weeks later). I have sent them multiple emails but no reply. There is no way other way to get in touch.

I wish I had checked these reviews before I ordered. DO NOT BUY please do not buy anything from this company. The baby boots I ordered arrived dirty I have sent numerous e mails no response absolutely disgraceful company. Avoid at all costs complete robbery!

I have never dealt with a company any worse than this. I had ordered 2 pairs of shoes for my son. They arrived in a plastic wrapping covered in dust, appalling quality straight from a chinese factory so I asked for a return. This is when things got awful, the customer service is inexistant despite sending emails you get an unhelpful answer after 10 follow-ups, I have sent my parcel back to the return address mentioned on their website and it got sent back to me because no one was there..then took me almost 4 months to actually get a refund after multiple chasing emails!! This company is unprofessional and selling poorly made items, save your time and money and buy from elsewhere.

Absolutely shocking experience with this company. Bought some shoes and sadly they didn’t fit so I had to return. Emailed and no response, so I went on live chat and spoke to Amy who was rude, unhelpful and really unpleasant to deal with. She didn’t apologise for the delay, instead she said I should get the refund in “a couple of days” - no refund received, I’m still waiting. No apology or reason for the delay. Shocking customer service and would encourage anyone to AVOIDDDDD at ALL costs

Absolutely shocking experience - ordered two pairs of shoes which didn’t fit my son’s slightly wider than average feet. So I returned and had to pay for the tracked return postage which wasn’t a problem as I knew about this in advance. It then took three months after them receiving the items back of me chasing and chasing them to finally receive a refund. This was only achieved in the end by threatening to take the issue to trading standards and social media. The company blamed the huge delay on PayPal which I’m not convinced about as I’ve never ever had an issue paying with PayPal or having returns through PayPal and this is my preferred method of payment for all things online. Please don’t make the same mistake I did and save yourself a lot of hassle by shopping elsewhere. I’ve wasted so much time and energy over the past three months having to chase this company and honestly believed I’d been scammed and would never see my money back. Just avoid!

Exactly the same as other review. Ordered a pair. They have not shown up. It’s been well over a month. You get no response from live chat and I have had no response from emails I have sent!

I wish I knew you do not take responsibility for items not delivered by your chosen courier company as promised, before I ordered them on your website. Order placed on 18th September still not yet arrived, and when I contacted your customer service I only received an automated response that you will not help until 10 working days have passed. Shocking service.

I just want a full refund but getting no help on your live chat, Facebook messenger or email service.

Company charges you for a cost of shipping upon the return plus you have to pay for returns postage. In total that cost me almost £10 just because the items weren't suitable for purpose.
The whole shopping experience awful! Just because the items aren't suitable I'm liable for ALL postage costs! As an online business you should factor the cost of shipping to a customer into your prices.

Bought some shoes from this company, didn’t arrive in the post. Refused to refund, buyer beware
