After a huge mess up with Mamas and Papas we had cancel our pram order and try and find it elsewhere. I found everything I needed with Baby Nest at the same price Mamas and Papas were selling for. The delivery was absolutely rapid with it all arriving the next day in perfect condition! Highly highly recommend. Thank you!

Thank you for your review.
Our website stated Mid-July for deliery and had emailed you the same day you placed the order out of courtesy to highlight this lead time in case you had missed it. We would of course have been happy to cancel the order in case this lead time had been missed or didn't work for you. The reason for the wait was that Joolz was out of stock of the bumper bar that you ordered and there was nothing we could have done to expedite this sooner.
We are surprised and feel this review is perhaps unfair as there was nothing more we could have done.

Nuna Triv Next purchase
This was just a normal order, but the customer service was great.
I initially got an email stating that it would take approximately 14 days to get the item delivered and if I am OK to wait.
After only 3 days I got a phone call to inform me that the item arrived early and asked if it's ok to have it delivered next day.
The staff seemed super friendly on the phone

Thank you so much for taking the time to write this review. We welcome all feedback positive or negative. However, in the interests of fairness, our website did state a lead time of mid to end of June for this item to arrive as we're awaiting this mosquito net to arrive from Joolz who we're out of stock at the time. We had also emailed you on the day after you placed the order to highlight this lead time. We would have happily cancelled the order had you replied to us and requested this but hadn't received a reply and assumed you we're okay to wait. The item was shipped on a next day delivery as soon as the item arrived in stock with Joolz within the lead time quoted to you.
Great service
Great service, great price and next day delivery came without issue.
