Complete scam! Got a “digital hoodie” basically a link to buy from dh gate, now actual product. $25 down the drain

I have ordered so much from them . At 1st it was great . Now I am banned from their website due to me continuously questioning them where my products are . When I disputed the transactions they won but saying I did receive the items . I did not ! It was over $2000 that I spent on this order and nothing ! Also if you do buy from them make sure everything you order is in the package . They are good to short you on products

Don't waste your money. Anything worth buying is sold out. Pretty much everything else is literally garbage

I have been more than patient, loyal yet pushed to the edge of dropping the f bomb on these boobs. They are such a malicious, manipulative pre planned money scam it is disgusting.
They sold themselves on the misleading opportunity of snagging that killer deal. Those too good to be true items available for pennies on the dollar. It’s all a scam they get you on the anxious anticipation of insanely low price on name brand designer and luxury items, but they are customer returns.
I am very familiar with this company and have called this company for refunds totaling over 695.00 in oct and nov 2020 still outstanding. I am more than willing to post this review. as I have placed over 83 orders with then since 8/29/20.
Unfortunately it has not been as expected or penciled out a savings at all.
97% of my orders are being investigated for fraud and unauthorized charges. Shady is an understatement.
When they send me one box which has 7 orders in it- a company would be generous to combine shipping for the multi orders, or some token of appreciation not being asked for. Additional postage from my mailman!
When I paid over 68.00 shipping for one box from this company- you think all the items would of been included! I mean isn’t that what any successful company does? This company Backstock makes the burden upon the customer to call, leave a message, be ignored for weeks, then finally result in a charge back from the financial institution. They resolve issues by changing order numbers, “ gift card” reimbursements and entering bogus tracking numbers.
The items they ship are not even salvageable. The company places the burden of double checking every order for accuracy, or even fulfilled.
It has really been a nightmare dealing with this company, such a shame too as it was believable to a point.

Purchased orders totaling $494 over 1.5 weeks ago -
No tracking number has been e-mailed. & statuses still say "Unfulfilled" - decided to give this site a try despite a few negative reviews I've read online. But Bummer..it happened to me..
Currently, have not been able to get a hold of anyone. Even the BOT stopped talking to me after asking "what can I help you with?" haha

Poor way to do business, advertising WAY more than they can chew.
