went for a full service on my bike and the quality is perfect, the bike feels better than when it was new i will be coming back again, however it did take a long time to complete, 1 week in a queue and half a week to finish.

I like fact that you can talk direct to workshop staff. However, I did not appreciate having to wait 8 days for a replacement tyre and inner tube to be fitted to my wheel. The staff member explained that the workshop was extremely busy and my repair would have to wait its turn. We are talking about a ten minute job here. Maybe you could allocate slots for quick repairs. Obviously building a bike will take some time. Whilst the staff were courteous and polite, a bit more focus on Customer care would have been appreciated. I don't think I shall be back.

Keith spent well over an hour with me helping set up my new bike and accessories. Very thorough service that is night and day to the last time I bought a bike here (one year ago, salesman no longer at Balfes Gatwick to my knowledge, literally didn't help me with anything).

Easy ordering and pick up process. Bike was ready as stated. Friendly helpful team.

Communication surrounding this repair was non existent. In the end had to go into the shop to get answers which still ended up without a positive result. Endless phone calls, emails and 3 visits only to return home with the bike issue unresolved and a £35 service fee.
