I chose Balfe's because their prices were very competitive. I liked the fact that I could order parts and pick them up at a local store. The Staff, were friendly and helpful.

Expensive + no full service
Poor customer service and expensive. Promised me
to give me a call to fix the front light for my e-bike in few days times , but never received call or email. I have paid £ 120 for the full service which is the double the amount I paid in Evans store.

Hi Yohnas, I am sorry you were not satisfied with the service you recieved on this occasion, however I have been assure that you were kept abreast of developments while the bike was with us. As regards the price compared to competitors, the level of labour required was different form that provided by Evans hence the cost difference. Dave & Team Sutton

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great service and they helped fit fenders onto my bike that were tricky to fit myself. Will definitely be back for servicing and spare parts.

Five stars for the shop and the mechanics
I've been using the Sutton branch for a few years now. I took my road bike in for a service and for them to have a look at some issues I had with it. They talked me through the repairs and priced everything up before I agree. The bike now rides perfectly.

1. Advised against bearing refit because wheel rims potentially too thin, so putting safety before business.
2. Took time to find right BB for old bike plus old cranks, phoned to advise price before fitting, and charged standard price.

My son’s brake and saddle swap
Another bike looked after by Balfe’s in Sutton. Good friendly service. Sorted out a hydraulic brake cable and saddle swap (for my son’s bike) which wasn’t an easy job. He’s really looking forward to getting this bad boy back on the tracks! Highly recommend for any cycling requirements.
