We have had a great experience with Bambinista, item was posted the day after purchase and received from Evri within delivery timeframe. Bambinista price was by far the best available online. I was initially taken aback by the negatives comments on Trustpilot, however I thought I’d give a try, couldn’t be happier. Thank you!

SCAM COMPANY! I ordered an item online worth £140.. I never received an order confirmation email or dispatch email. The money had been taken from my account, and they are ignoring emails. DONT SHOP HERE

This company is a scam - do not use. I placed an order, tracking did not update, spoke to Evri who stated this is a common scam where the business print the labels but do not ever post the goods.

I emailed, called, and sent messages on social media, no response, I have raised an issue for a charge back with my bank and reported them to trading standards.

Update: I have just seen your response whilst checking my reviews and your response is a lie. This is what you said to me via facebook messenger when you eventually replied.
"Hi Leah. Sincere apologies. I have had to close my store due to a very tough retail environment and let my whole team go. i am
managing everything on my own from a storage locker and am not on top of things. Your order is packed and going out today. Again sincere apologies and let me know if there is anything I can do to make this right. Susan"

No mention of anyone dying or being away - just you saying you couldn't keep up with orders and therefore you shouldn't take them.

Accountability rather than a lie would have been better.

I knew exactly what I wanted to buy, but I was having trouble finding stockists. I met Susan at The Baby Show in London, she introduced me to her shop Bambinista. Susan told me that she stocked all the brands that I had been looking at and introduced me to a few others based on her recommendations. All of the packages arrived to our house, with all of smaller items beautifully gift wrapped. I couldn’t have been happier with the choices, service and knowledge of this company. Such a lovely company you have created Susan. 🖤🖤🖤

Have ordered multiple times from Bambinista and always have had a positive experience. Fast shipping, great communication and a fantastic selection of products. Will absolutely buy from here again!

We bought our stroller, car seat and base along with various baby clothes and accessories from Bambinista. We noticed that baby shopping is mainly on line unless you travel far and wide to find a shop. We loved that this shop is close by after we saw them at the London baby show. Very informative staff and we were kept informed with expected delivery dates.

Ordered goods, received tracking information but the goods never reached the carrier and my emails were ignored for 2 weeks until i raised a complaint via PayPal. Refund was forthcoming, but what a load of grief. Avoid this company.

My experience with Bambinista has been nothing but fantastic. The website is so easy to navigate making it such an overall easy process. When ordering items I know they will be delivered as fast and on time as possible. I’ve ordered a few things to my friends houses and never had a problem or issue with anything. It’s my go to store!
