Superb experience
Great service from Susan from start to finish! I've purchased a beautiful teddy bear for my nephew with international delivery to Spain. To unsurprised, only 3 short days later and the eddy bear arrived in Spain:) highly recommend Bambinista both for great quality and great customer care. Thanks again!

Apologies for missing your email sent last week. Unfortunately due to Coronavirus, all my staff are on Furlough and I am running the entire business on my own, and also trying to work from home whilst looking after my toddler. No excuse for not replying to you email however, but we are in some very challanging times!
We do pay for returns of any products that are faulty / damaged, but unfortunately we don't offer free returns for incorrect orders or if a customer changes their mind as this is extreamly expensive and as a small business, I am not able to offer this service.
