Just joined this agency and so far everything is going quick and easy! I have been in contact with Samantha, and she answered all of my questions during the process of joining them. I am very excited to grow and learn in this industry so I hope this is the right place for me!

I just joined the agency and had a great and professional casting and onboarding process with the agency

Excited to join a Commercial Agency that has such true diversity...it's not just in the name.

super friendly team and a very professional office, I was taken care of through the whole process of being booked.

Just a waste of time. I was in contact with Marcus for a few weeks sending various pictures over MULTIPLE times and then he asked me to go to the studios for photos to be taken. He then offered me a contract to sign that day and said he was not going to change the contract and was patronising laughing saying that he had answered all of my questions (even though they were very different) - he basically just wanted to sign without any questions asked. I went away and spent a while making notes on the contract before signing and then writing an email with questions. He then stopped replying. I emailed again asking if he’d seen it (whilst also giving the list of current agencies which would be excluded from the 10% they would take as a ‘mother agent’). No reply.
It is all just a waste of space and time. They just want you for money or your money - whichever they make more from. He knew I earned a lot from other agencies and basically just wanted a piece of the pie.
Just be careful, the whole thing just seems shady.

This agency had truly torn me down. When I was getting into modelling I came in as I’d been invited to. The guy that was taking my photos was nice however, the actual agent was the rudest woman ever. She had told me “I can sign you but you’d just be sitting in our books collecting dust”. I was so shattered to hear such cruel words. The way this company handles you is horrible. I left their headquarters in absolute tears stay away.

P.S. from the way you treated me and I’m sure a lot of other women. The way you scarred me. I went out and started my own agency and welcome EVERYONE. We ain’t the same.

I thought this was one of those better agencies,but it's not,I had 2 models from bame agency everything was fine,communication with the agency was through Sarah Smith-Gordon:). now I wanted to arrange another photo shoot,but now the communication is no longer with Sarah Smith-Gordon but with Marcus Flemmings,)Sarah probably realized what kind of agency it is :D ) I sent him the names of the models I would like to plus with photos as ideas of what I would like to take with models,answer was Great,write me a question in 2 days,what type of clothes MY answer was similar to what is in the photos and His answer Which photos?
