Great After Sale
The battery of my Banala Sleep Dot was lasting less and less after every use.
One day it stopped working completely and I emailed the Customer Service. They told me to make a video of the problem and send them. I did and I emailed them multiple times. They disappeared, no one answered me anymore.
So I gave previously a bad review on them.
But one day they wrote me via email, telling me that they had suffered a crucial customer support issue, and apologising with me, sending after this a brand new Sleep Dot, and also as a gift a Focus Dot and a Banala Lite Device. I tested them all and I have to say that using them constantly, they do their job. I went from being upset with the Company since the first problem, to being a thankful and happy customer.
When I use them for sleep, I sleep deeper and I wake up more refreshed.
So, in the end, I can just recommend Banala products to everyone!

Liers and they have vanished, they don't reply messages anymore
On their campaings on kickstarter and indiegogo they said they were going to send their product from their warehouse in the European Union, so the backers wouldn't need to pay import duties. They lied about it and sent them all from Thailand, so everyone was charged, in my case I had to pay 33 euros extra. Now they ignore all messages on their campaigns website and private messages.
