We found the service that we received from B & G Jenkins to be extremely efficient. The survey was carried out quickly and work began within a couple of day. The engineer completed the work well and explained how to use our new system. We are very pleased with the whole experience.

They fitted a boiler for my parents. Excellent installation, quality customer service and all done within the expected time frame.

Excellent service from this company and would definitely recommend them and their product. Having a local company plus a 10 year guarantee on the boiler gives peace of mind. My boiler is in the garage, so now have controls in the house which is a real boon!

We had a floor standing boiler removed from our kitchen, and replaced with a combi boiler in our airing cupboard upstairs. Andy Notton seemed knowledgeable when providing the quote for the work, which was more expensive than others we'd received, but we felt they'd do the job well. The fitter Sam was helpful and efficient, keeping us informed at all stages of the process, completing the work within the expected timescale. A couple of days later, we had a minor leak from a joint in the existing pipework, but the company were quick to respond to this and resolved the problem at no extra charge. Happy to recommend them.

We were extremely satisfied with all the work that was done for us, would highly recommend them to friends, family etc. Good job done.

The whole process was handled in a courteous and professional manner. The work carried out was of a high standard. The provision of a 10 year parts and labour guarantee was good for one's peace of mind.

Excellent service. Engineer called and gave a price to replace our old boiler. The new one was fitted within one week. The complete job was done in just over five hours by Sam and Jae,. A really good job. As an ex plumber( although back in the sixties) I can appreciate the work done.

Whilst the staff were very friendly and started off doing a good job, I had further expense as Mr Notton had not inspected my 50 year old hot water tank and it was only 'noticed' that this needed replacing after the job started. Over £1000 extra. Difficult to compare quotes for the job! In addition I had 2 leaks during installation, one of which was overnight. A new part for my solar water heating was required for the new hot water tank. After nearly 3 weeks the company secretary informed me that the part was still on order. I requested information from her and got the part delivered NEXT DAY. After 3 attempts at getting my solar working correctly I was told that as a good company I will not be forgotten and that someone would return to fix the solar when the weather improves. Well, five and a half months later I can only assume that I have been forgotten as the weather has improved since December 2018 and now, May 2019. I have engaged another company who have fully repaired my system. I have my doubts about B&G Jenkins and their service and aftercare.

Respectful, polite, friendly manager and staff.
They know what they are doing, listen and take on board what you requested. And despite the unforeseen problems they were resolved immediately.
The only less was they didn't give us an emergency telephone but luckily they responded over FB.

We approached B&G Jenkins to replace our ancient combi boiler which had failed.

From start to finish they have been a pleasure to deal with. Their friendly no hard-sell approach was refreshing. The quote itself was very clear and unlike others meant you could see where the money was being spent. They were also considerably cheaper than the competition.

The work was completed as promised with only a few minor technicalities (mainly because of previous poor work).

The service received when contacting the office was also excellent and fuss free.

Prompt, courteous and work carried out to a high standard.
