I've had to call out a plumber three times since moving into my new property (alas, teething problems!). I've had a different plumber on each occasion, but they've always been super friendly, relaxed, quick with the service and full of advice. I'm now booking them in to replace my boiler, so we shall see how that goes. Would definitely recommend!

Very professional team of heating engineers, from quotation to final boiler install, even a bouquet of flowers from them thanking us for being a customer. I would highly recommend B & G Jenkins.

I contacted B and G Jenkins via the Wocester Bosch website as accredited installers. A representative came out to look at the current installation ( an old 28 cdi ) and talked through the options and provided a quote for a new boiler ( 34 cdi ).
On the day of the installation the B and G engineer arrived promptly and installed the new boiler and ran through all the checks and tests that are important.
The engineer also tidied up some of the older plumbing, which was not required, but helps make the new installation cleaner, neater and more professional.
From start to finish the process has been excellent. I appreciate that Worcester are not the cheapest option, but with great local service from B and G and a 10 year parts and labour guarantee, I am very pleased.

Very professional, responsible and keen to please.

We liked the fact that they are a family and locally established firm with good reviews. No high pressure sales and plenty of time to make our mind up as we saw two other firms before them.

On the day the plumbers turned up on time. We were very happy with the standard of work which was completed in less than two days.

We would highly recommend them and they offer two years 0% finance.
